This one has the Italian Cream, and then flavoring added (more vanilla for vanilla flavor, chocolate for chocolate etc)

I'm going to try a couple of Ice Creams when I get home. I'm pretty sure my Chef's order has arrived by now, so I will be trying the combo of SSA Vanilla Ice Cream and SSA Ice Cream. Plus I want to try out this mix I saw on ATF.

I got to thinking about it and I’m going to add a little FA Fresh Cream to my ice cream. In my experience the Fresh Cream stands up well to other flavors. Worth a shot.

Thats probably about right. I have an ice cream base I've used before that's LB vanilla ice cream @3.30%, Hangsen Italian Cream @.8% and FA whipped cream @.5%

So I'd say your probably about right to raise your percentage... if that doesn't work you may consider adding a little italian cream...

I added 1% FA milk to my blueberry ice cream. I want to try to get it tested this weekend.

I just looked it up. I was wrong. It had Hangsen French Vanilla Ice Cream, the LB IC, and Vanilla Swirl as the base.

There are several ice cream trinities going around. Nick Evans has one too.

If I recall, his has Custard Premium and FA Milk in the mix. Which is probably why I overlooked it.

For the most part? I hear a "but" coming.

All of them except cucumber was bought with specific recipes in mind. The cucumber I just thought would be useful to have for lighter summer mixes.

I have a beginner question today. It may be that I miss the way I think.

I see that most recipes on ELC use ingredients with a weight ratio of 1: 1, while NIC, PG, VG have calculated with weight.

Is that how we mix even though the ingredients are also a little heavier ml to grams?
