I didn't get away so lucky. Lets just say I got free shipping and only a couple were re-stock for me.. I also picked up the FLV Mango=Pineapple-Passion Fruit.

I won't be able to play with my new flavors until I get back from my upcoming trip. Headed back out to Kansas to take care of some stuff. LOL

I didn't see any notes about steeping. If I mixed it I would probably just err on the side of caution and do 7 days.

Geez Walmart sucks! We just got a large order delivered, and they charged us for all of it but only delivered half of it. You never know with these idiots!

Sometimes I think certain services are better in some stores than others.

Our walmart here has been awesome. I worried at first about the produce because some people aren't picky about their produce whereas I'm .... about the perfect pieces of fruit, but they've been awesome even on picking the best produce out. If I order and when they go to fill the order they find an item is out of stock, if it's an off-brand they fill with a name brand for the same price as the inexpensive off-brand, they've never forgotten any items and I haven't been terribly upset with any of the substitutions yet.

Really, they've been great. But it really just reflects the management, training, and employees of this particular store.

It's kind of like Huddle House, there's one in Westport in Kansas City and that food is flipping awesome, went to the Huddle House in Grundy, VA though and it sucked so bad I wanted my money back... horrible food and bad service - so bad they eventually went out of business (go figure.. lol)..

A lot of chains just depends on which store you happen to be at, and how good the employees are.

Ok, so I am vaping the Custard Now recipe. It's decent, but kind of light on flavor. It might be because I'm vaping in on low wattage. I like it but I think I will try the Custard Now Loaded mix next.

So, got injections today. Like the pain doc, she's good. There were 6 places she injected, and each place got two to three shots each. I feel like a bit of a pin cushion, and a bit sore from all the shots.

However, my back isn't feeling terrible, which it would if I hadn't had the injections. Don't know how this will go, I did a lot today - 3 hours in the car drive time sitting, went to tractor supply and walmart for oral syringes, (tractor supply didn't have the 1ml size) then finished up with a sit down meal out - so I'm sore and tired, but managing okay. Having to use the walker in the house but able to get around okay, albeit slowly.

So... once I'm rested up from today, I'll get back to doing all my PT exercises and we will see how it goes. I'm feeling tentatively positive just because normally I'd be crying by now, unable to get myself some water and use the restroom without DH's help, all of which I can do right now without any assistance outside of using the walker.

My fingers are crossed, and praying this is it! I'm feeling good about this.

when my youngest was still a baby, one year during winter it was bad, roads were just ice...went to pick up her from her sitters and even my van was having a rough go...but as I was trying to leave there was a mail truck just stuck...a bunch of the neighborhood guys came and pushed him down the street back to the main roads that had been salted so they weren't as bad...lol then my van got stuck since I had to stop to let them push the mail truck out, so they came and gave me a push to get me started, once I was moving it wasn't an issue (until I had to try to stop )
the end of the story was I finally got home and couldn't make it up the driveway to the garage as it was nothing but ice, ended up parking on the street, which was a no no in the neighborhood but pft too bad

na the sitter had done a good job on keeping her driveway and walkway salted and cleared, but other than that, yeah everywhere else it was nothing but a sheet of ice
our home owners association was supposed to keep our streets and driveways cleared but not that week, I can't really blame them though...
I had to pick up a couple of my employees that week for work because their vehicles couldn't drive on the icy roads, my van had enough weight to it that as long as I went slowly it wasn't a big issue, just starting and stopping wasn't so much fun

Get yourself a nutribullet and Wiz up some fruit and veg each morning... Things like kale, spinach, carrot, apple, banana, beetroot (raw) and some almond milk...tastes much better than it sounds and will sort your fibre issues in no time

That's a great idea and we already have a heavy duty blender. Mom does fruit smoothies but I will add some vegis next time (and I already have almond milk)
