Our cat started panting in the middle of the night. By the time the vet opened this morning, she was not doing well. Congestive heart failure. Sweet Catdog has crossed the rainbow bridge

I'm a little wary of BCF right now.. I know I shouldn't be but it feels like its taking forever to resolve.. all I want is my order. Know this is a FedEx issue but man... just disappointed and feeling at this point I just gave away 60 dollars and got nothing in return.

yeah first thing last Tuesday. She told me she'd have FedEx do a trace on the pkg and get back to me when she heard from them on it...
When I'd not heard from anyone by today I went ahead and sent them a message telling them at this point it doesn't look like FedEx is going to do anything and I said I would pay extra (anything they wanted) for them to ship my order with USPS when they reship the order since I get my packages from them without issues...
She wrote back to me saying she was still talking to FedEx and they were trying to find the pkg and have FedEx redeliver but I just felt like I was being put off...
It's getting ridiculous at this point... maybe I'm just being impatient but man...
