Could I get that recipe please?

Sure Fran - I can't remember exactly where this recipe started but I think it was the Sloth over on the WF thread that mentioned something about chocolate and hazelnuts and cream. This recipe has been through several variations and this is where it has settled:

FLV Chocolate Deutsch 1%
WF Hazelnuts and Cream 3.5%
FA Marshmallow 1%
Fa Meringue 1%
WF Tahitian Vanilla Cream 4%
TFA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream 1.5%

Yeah, there's lot's of creamy stuff in there...mmmmmmmmm

I'm another Chrome user. Slightly aged desktop with Win 7.
Check on Woot ( Amazon’s clearance site). What they have changes constantly, but good deals. If you have Prime, be sure and sign in through that so you get free shipping

Another question. Do you taste any coconut in the Chocolate Deutsch?

Any plans today folks? I have high hopes of at least changing the juice in one tank.....LOL The weather has cooled and tis the season for getting the firewood ready for winter. Doesn't leave me much time or energy. I have however been collecting some recipes and recipe ideas to work on so all is not lost. I'm not ready to mix much anyway. Still have lots left to try and lots of mixes to vape.

I would love to pare my mixed recipes down to most liked but that's hard when I like too many of them.

You know, when I first started using Chocolate Deutsch I felt I could taste coconut but I think it was by power of suggestion only. Having vaped it for a year now I just don't taste that anymore. That does remind me however that I've always meant to make a chocolate coconut cake recipe with this flavor and never have. I'll have to put that on the To Do list :D

I'm afraid of the taste description. I can't vape coconut at all. Not even a hint of it.

My base should be defrosted by now . I have 4 of y’alls recipes to do today. I’m more interested in trying new recipes than remixing. Except the cheesecake. Need to make 120 of that to steep. Could I seed it with as little as 10 ml? Being stingy. I have about 30 ml left, but I want to use some while the other steeps

The cloud can't be hacked?? Better tell Equihacks about that! Or any of the others....

I live where the highest speed is 1.5M, cloud is not an option unless I want to run my software at less than a snail's pace. Unconnected regular backups are invulnerable if anything does get past defenses. Monthly drive image would let me restore the system if needed, then pull back in the latest file backups so at worst I'd be a week lost.

    Needs and situations vary :)

I have the WF Tahitian Vanilla cream on my wishlist. I do like some creamy stuffs.
Sweet notes settle considerably in two weeks Fran. Pretty sweet before then imo. My hands down #1 must have cream.

I stumbled across a German chocolate cake recipe, that (to me) is a dead ringer for the real thing. I found it on Reddit, and it was posted by InsigmaTheory:

    Rumplestiltskin
    1.75% Chocolate Deutsch (FLV)
    2.50% Butter Cream (CAP)
    0.50% Hazelnut (TFA)

The author includes some detailed flavor notes; and suggests it is suitable as a shake&vape. I found it to be so too. It is super rich, so I couldn't vape a lot of it (not an ADV for me). I suggest a small batch to start.:)

The only chocolate used is the Flavorah... and it has a very significant coconut note to me. So, to @FranC, I would say beware. If you are going to try this concentrate; buy the absolute smallest size you can find.;):D

I placed an order this afternoon with DIYFS and already have an update from USPS. Used the 25.00 gift certificate I won plus added a few more flavors so they'd make a bit of profit. Not a lot of info out there but what I did find makes me hopeful.

Didn’t get anything mixed, but I did finally scour up the courage to try the cucumber/fig/hibiscus/honeysuckle mix from July. Keeper, even though it’s sweet, it’s a good floral sweet. Fig has morphed into a pleasant “not fig”. Yay. Apparently you just have to outwait fig

I won't be getting the FLV Chocolate. For the money it's not worth it to me to take a chance. I can't vape the slightest hint of coconut.

    @FranC

I am really enjoying the Fizzy Rum. Just put it in a tank and your are right, it is tasty. I made it on 9/4 so it has steeped for 17 days.

    Thanks for the recipe.

    :)
    Glad you like it:)
