You could use tobacco absolute. You can get it darn near everywhere. OSDIY, ecigexpress so on
Anna, I am too cheap to pay the asking price for most NETs (Stixx was a "fail" for me) so I haven't personally tried them; but the two I see most commonly mentioned are:

Made the trip to our main hospital this morning so hubs could get the steroid shot in his spine. I'm beyond tired. Looks like wet weather again tomorrow so I have plans on at least trying one of my waiting mixes and work on completing some recipes.
I just loaded a tank with the 2-banger that dc was nice enough to send me. I had some Cuban in it and just poured it out and loaded this. In the future I’d probably go higher on the Cuban supreme than the 2% I mixed it at solo. There might have been a little Cuban left in the tank but so far I’m really liking the 2-banger.
Any new mixes folks? New ideas? I need some. I intend to get off my .... today and do something easier than firewood.Everything is soaked from yesterday's rain anyway.

Next up is a Raspberry Cheesecake. I used a different base so I mixed a smaller bottle to see how I like it. I do like it but need to give it some vaping time now. Up next is mixing my Raspberry Custard. I rather expect this to be good but too sweet so I'll stick with a 10ml size.
I'm a little reluctant to ask this but ... what's a '2-banger'?
I'll have to ask dc what the percentages are but it's FA walnut and FW classic cig.

Well,all kidding aside I really have too much mixed already to make too many new ones. I've vaped almost the whole 30ml of my original Peanut Butter Tobacco. I'm not going to do a remix right away. That will force me to put something else in that tank....LOL. I've also been vaping my old Strawberry Cheesecake mix quite awhile. I'm ready for a change there so I'm going to pick something else.
Thanks all for all the suggestions. I only want a few of them, but the husband is used to NETs now, so I figure I may give it a shot and see how it goes. He is paying for them and selecting them (LOL as a "household" I realize this is a false economy) but well he doesn't vape enough (at least yet) to make things crazy expensive. He will ALSO be buying more nicotine if I can make a mix that meets his "exacting standards," which like, sheesh, without the tastebuds to deal with tobacco juices, like I have HIGH doubts. I'll be reading percentage instructions and mixing up 52 testers I think, etc.

Oh my I wish mixing made me feel "productive." It kind of reminds me of using an easybake or tastybake oven (whichever it is called I don't remember my parents would not get me one they said it was a gender toy) well, when I got my hands on one through a neighborhood friend who took pity on me occasionally, but like, it was so much fun when I finally got my hands on it and it took 3 hours to make one cookie.
Also, my parents can just SHUT UP on the "gender based" crud, because when my mom got real sick when I was 12 and was in the hospital and then recuperating it was NOT my older brother doing the family household cooking it was ME so frankly I wouldn't have minded a Barbie or two to console myself with.

I haven't mixed anything for some time now. I still haven't even tried many of the 22 new flavors I got on the labor day sale. My youngest daughter is keeping us hopping with school stuff and last weekend was a blur. Tennis season is coming to an end soon so I should have some time coming up soon that I can at least make up sft of the new flavors and give them a try. I am way overdue for some new mixes to vape. I wish I had the knowledge and ability that some of the mixers here have.
