Thank you @JCinFLA :) I needed some larger bottles that have that twist top for my dogs shampoo and conditioner. They are a professional concentrate and need to be mixed down with water before use. Plus I bumped up my supply of eliquid bottles.

My 15ml btl of Nanaimo bars with FA gelato vaniglia tastes, IDK, different. It's not bad but the gelato vaniglia made it kind of 'weird tasting'. I don't even know how to describe it. So rather than dump it I decided to try and fix it. It's officially an experimental mix now.

I added 1% more nanaimo, 0.5% FA custard premium and 1% WF vanilla cream extra. Pretty sure those will put the gelato vaniglia to rest. After shaking it up, it smells much better. I will know in a few days. Fingers crossed.

Also mixed up a coffee with FA cappuccino and this time added VT Coffee Milk Froth. VT CMF is like the frothy steam wand dairy cream barista's finish off a cappuccino with irl. From my notes it's a long steeper, 20 days. It also adds a nice full mouth feel. VT says there is a light coffee in it but I never tasted any.

I've had DHL packages before arrive in blindingly fast shipping times.. stuff from Turkey or Morocco to Michigan in a matter of like 3 or 4 days.. unbelievable. Anything from China I just forget about it and it comes whenever it wishes to.. I wish I was getting something vape related from France, I believe the OG authentic Doggystyle was a French thing. It's nothing to do with vaping, it's a "hardware wallet" for crypto. Basically looks like a USB drive, which maybe that's suspicious? I'm anxious about it, because I need it as soon as possible, and because I don't want any tampering shenanigans. When I set it up, I'll probably reset it several times and wipe it clean. Some may say take off your tinfoil hat, but there are many nefarious people lurking out there.
No tin foil hat, I would do the same thing with it. I take systems security very seriously. We have to these days. BTW, how are your programming courses coming along?

Definitely, and in my situation this device is keys to potentially, and hopefully, a good chunk of digital cheddar.. or imaginary money  I take security very seriously too, particularly in the digital realm. And you definitely know all about it.
Stalled.. I just don't have the time right now until probably winter. I'm considering paying for a "boot camp" this winter to get me on the fast track to where I want to be. Doing it on my own is a perfectly viable route to my destination, but it is, or can be, slower.. sometimes it's better to "pay to win". You still have to put in an immense amount of work to achieve your goal either way though.

I bought that book you told me about but didn’t get very far with it. I think I’d do better taking a class or something.

It's possible a local/community College might offer free or low cost courses in your area. You probably have a lot more access to resources if you're in the KC area.

Classes can be very beneficial, they often have real work programs they use to show examples and seeing how things fit together is also a big boost to understanding the computer languages.

    I took Fortran IV :)
I steered more towards the business programming like COBOL when I first started. Fortran is geared more towards the sciences and mathmatical formulas. But I am talking eons ago when there was still the ticker tape type action starting out. Thankfully that didn't last long as the industry just exploded with new programming languages and the internet.

I am in Kc. The older I get the more I think about a career change.

I've heard/read that COBOL, even after all this time, is in demand.. especially now. Lots of systems still using this language I guess.

Well if you are interested in computers and want to program, just be prepared to learn lots of new languages as the industry is always moving forward quickly. Most are basically the same and only the syntax changes and gets more complex. Altho it may have slowed down a bit in the last few years since I retired. Or you may be interested in the hardware side. Sitting up lan closets and wiring offices can be very lucrative. Loads to think about.

I am sure of it. It's a very robust type of business language and once installed and you train users and have clients businesses depending on it(lots of costs involved) there is not much incentive to switch out. So they just keep building on it.

    :)
