I’m getting closer to making a claim with chefs since my order still hasn’t arrived.

I hope they sort it out, the faster the better.
I can pretty much understand why they operate with 4-5 weeks, there is nothing at all that is normal when it comes to packages in these virus times.
The package I received from Stixx was in no man's land for about 30 days, USPS and the Norwegian Post did not understand where it was.

What percent did you mix the Tiramisu at? I mixed at 2% and it seems strong to me.

Actually this is a premix from Yaeliq so no help here .................Too strong ??????????really .........didn't know that was possible .............

1% seems to be the popular number.

I have a white cake/raspberry/crumble I mixed to try the crumble as a topping. That is up for trying next.

True but you could just order from DIY. It honestly is an excellent ice cream. Hangsen does creams well.

I wouldn’t do 1000. What if the flavor changes with time and you don’t like it as much?

I have 2 small,old,square edged,metal Sigelei mods. I don’t care for these much at all. Maybe I’ll use one with hopes it will die.
