I plan to mix down to the amount you mention.For my tastes even 1% as a single flavor is too much. I prefer to use FA Tiramisu as an accent in a mix at 0.25%-0.5%. It works very nicely mixed with another coffee flavor (like FA Cappuccino, or others) and also works well as an accent in bakery recipes.
I have ordered WF mascarpone, amaretto, and already have FA's cocoa and coffee espresso.
Sooner or later I will find a combination I like.
