For my tastes even 1% as a single flavor is too much. I prefer to use FA Tiramisu as an accent in a mix at 0.25%-0.5%. It works very nicely mixed with another coffee flavor (like FA Cappuccino, or others) and also works well as an accent in bakery recipes.

I plan to mix down to the amount you mention.
I have ordered WF mascarpone, amaretto, and already have FA's cocoa and coffee espresso.
Sooner or later I will find a combination I like.

I mixed a sft of the ssa dessert chocolate a week or two ago and am trying it. I mixed at 1% and that’s plenty. It’s a really good chocolate. Kind of in the middle to me between milk chocolate and dark.

I hate to tell you this, but that fence blew away twenty years ago. I saw it go. It's too bad because once it got loaded with tumbleweeds, it made a pretty good wind break.
