Sure thing:
Redbird's Brussel Sprout Recipe
Step 1: Place 1 cup Brussel sprouts in blender and 1/2 distilled water.
Step 2: Blend for 30 to 60 seconds until fully liquefied.
Step 3: Add 8% of the Brussel Sprout mix to your nic base. (I recommend 40pg/60vg for the sprout flavor)
Step 4: Add 1 to 2 drops of sweetener if desired.

Oh, almost forgot... @Zazie, you can add this to the blog.

I’ve decided to try JC’s banana bread because I’m not at all sure I wish to vape banana. I’m sure the mix is good just not sure if I want to vape it. If not, I will piff my 4 banana flavors and call it good.

I bought two of those from Avail when they were $6.58 each. Both arrived with atty swirls and obvious pre-opened boxes. Used and not advertised as such, , what the chuck (pretty rotten). Contacted Avail and they shipped me 2 unopened ones. So now I have 4 at $3.29 each. I think they are nice little mods. Nice for at home or out and about.

I just took a look at my notes in ELR. I mixed up the Banana Bread swirl on the 8th. So I guess I will give it another week. I seem to recall JC saying 4 weeks was a good steep time for it.

Hope you like it. I've tried several mixes including JC's. Banana is not for me.
