I've decided to mix the Amarula with some Fresh Cream and see how that does.
The Amarula is said to be creamy but I don't really find it so. I do like it reasonably well but I know it can be much better with an addition or two. I will try the cream first. I did get it mixed.

I also cleaned and purged and organized my bathroom drawers, and the cat food/misc cabinet. I love to do things like that. Things that make my life easier. I think I’m becoming a minimalist. Dishes are done and half the laundry. I may go cut the back yard now, and the rest of it tomorrow. Splitting it up is better for me as it’s blazing hot and I have a lot to mow. I still have no idea what to mix…haven’t had time to think about it. I have a lot of screenshots to choose from.

Can you stop by my house when you’re done. I’ve got a hundred boxes of vape gear that need organized.

With the rebuild, the links that are wrong will remain that way. The only way to fix it is to find the correct post and redo the link.
Well, that's terrible news. I honestly don't know if I have the stomach to redo it.

    Oh, and thank you.

Speaking of milkshake bases, I remember bookmarking this several months back. The 8% VBIC seems like a lot, but the reviews seemed positive. I might mix up 5 or 10ml and let it sit for a month.

For my tastes 8% VBIC is high.

I remember seeing that one. Still haven't figured out why biscuit is in a milkshake base.
You posted this one July 10, 2019. You changed the %'s from the recipe Red posted. VBIC was cut in half and you bumped the rest by 0.5% each.

If I were to write a Milkshake Base FA Milk would be in it for sure. Great milk flavor.
FA Milk, yup, it belongs in any milkshake.

If I was to make a milkshake it would start with your IC base. I think using that makes total sense. Personally, I would change the %'s as noted in parenthesis in order to give VT Milkshake Base and FA Milk their own space in the mix.

SSA Ice Cream Vanilla 2% (1.5%)
WF Vanilla Ice Cream 3.5% (2.5%)
    TFA Vanilla Swirl 1.5% (1%)
HA French Vanilla Ice Cream 1% (0.75%)

Alternatively, instead of HA, VT Vanilla Ice Cream at 1% (0.75%)

    I would then add...

    VT Milkshake Base 2%
    FA Milk 1% (maybe 1.5%)

VT Milkshake Base is good. I used it with the older SSA IC's base. :)

To my tastes the Milky undertones is good but the FA Milk is better.
Totally agree. For my tastes when looking for a milk flavor it's extremely difficult to beat FA Milk. I would place VT Milk Fresh in second place. Both are good but FA Milk takes the top spot. :)

    Maybe to thicken it up?
I think biscuit is in there to simply add texture (lol, thickener, yes). And I'm thinking whoever created the recipe wanted something like a cookie milkshake. There are pretty many recipes for those at foodie sites.

Yes but that Milkshake recipe isn't mine.

    look at TdF now though
I've been watching TdF since stage 1. Those crashes on the first few stages were wicked. I wish we would get all the other races and the other two Grand Tours here but we don't. So I usually have to stream those.

When I was much younger I had a 70's era Jeunet Franche-Comte road bike. I used to ride all the time.

My plans for today were to run around the house naked and do nothing but perhaps buy a Pico Squeeze II...

However I was joking to my husband and said that the second I do that his mom is going to show up unannounced and I'll be scrambling to dress and such - and sure enough 5 minutes later the church house parking lot started filling up there at the bottom of the hill - which is the church his mom attends... lol. (this is the house his mom grew up in, and they went to that church all their lives)

So we are figuring she'll come up after the church meeting is over, so I'm showering, dressing, and making sure the house is clean for company..

pretend this is what we always look like, whether expecting people or not... haha haha
I think you'll like the Pico Squeeze 2. It will take a 21700 battery. When you get one consider installing the Arctic Fox firmware and the application for managing your mod.

Both are really easy to install. It would only take you minutes to get up and running with it. With AF the Squeeze 2 will nearly have the same performance as any DNA device. I have AF installed on my Squeeze 2's and several other compatible mods. :)

So we picked up groceries. We are having grilled burgers, NY strip steaks, and Cajun sausage tomorrow. And apple pie. My son is excited…he loves food.

That sucks @Zazie about your blog. :( It’s a lot to go back and re-link everything. I would help if I could.

OK now I’ve got to mow the backyard.

I tested my Amarula (1%) this morning.

From the first hit, I noticed a light coffee note. There is a liqueur like note that is balanced well within the overall flavor profile. I also taste something like a pear. Yes, a pear. In my experience, pretty much any pear will develop creamy notes after some steeping. FA Pear does that really well. Amarula also has a very nice mouth feel.

It's a good flavor, IMO. Next order I will buy a 30ml bottle.

I think Amarula will work well with any coffee type flavor. Mixing Amarula with a little FA or SSA tiramisu (0.25%) would be very tasty. Most creams and vanillas will work. It would also add nice complex notes to bakery mixes.
