Sounds great. Just wanted to say (and others might trip out on this) I have fallen in love with (WF) bavarian cream... it's like a really light custard but people seem to get this visual in their head that it is some sort of donut filling (to me it's just a lighter custard and I love it) get over it folks... it's a nice rich cream and has nothing to do with donuts.
You are missing my point... how many actually have coffee in the recipe? I'm not dissing Fran's recipe... just the opposite (it sounds great) just saying it has coffee in the cake (and that works) but most "coffee cakes" are meant to go with coffee. Am I confusing everyone again?
I called it Coffee coffee cake for a reason and I made it for Butch. Just happens to turn out that I and others like it too.
Nice job Hitt. I have to say this is one of the few new RTAs that actually looks interesting to me. 2ml capacity is the only major downside.
That is true (I like cinnamon but others don't) Actually, some others don't like cinnamon at all (I do but I even admit, just a touch too much and it can ruin a recipe) It's not like vanilla... a bit too much is OK, but over do the cinn and it's all over. Can't take it out.
