Lime is my go-to when I have to let something steep. I mix it at 7% and yes it's strong but I don't lose it like everything else taste-wise.

If the 510 centre pin's loose, and/or the posts aren't contacting cleanly, the atty can build up it's own resistance. That's why it gets hotter than it should.

Good morning. Still super hot and humid here. I just keep looking forward to Friday when it’ll be a little cooler.
Morning Hitt. I was up in your part of the state yesterday. I don't remember the looking at the temp, but it sure felt hot as hell.
My son came home from work at lunch time yesterday, something he never does, and asked what's the best disposable to buy as his just died on him. I guess since had some dental work done a few weeks ago he has been trying hard to quit smoking with vaping and didn't come to me about it because he is adamant about using a disposable at work and in the past I dismissed disposables and set him up with external battery mods. He reasons he works in temperature extremes on super heated roofs, 114F yesterday, and is afraid of having a big battery in extreme heat, can not fuss with anything at work, likes the high 50 mg nic so he doesn't feel the need to use it much and wants the smallest unit possible.
I honestly have no idea about disposables but said what ever be went with always have 2 on him so if one dies he has another. I also suggested while not working he uses bigger external battery mods and save the disposables for work only.
He did let me set him up with my new Aspire Mulus for non-work hours, he agreed to it because it's simple and compact like a billet box, but I have no idea about the disposables? I'm also not sure what level of nic I should mix up for him to start? I don't feel like my usual 3mg is going to cut it for him at all, he loved my pina colada but said it was like vaping flavored air.
Any suggestions, direction would be welcome please. I'm super excited, been trying for years to help him quit. This is the first time he seems serious about it.

@YoursTruli, that's great your kid is getting interested in switching over to vaping. You are right about the 3mg. I imagine he is would probably need something closer to 12 mg at least to start with. I wish I had some info on disposables to share, but I've never tried one.
You should come back today. It's going to be a beautiful and balmy 99 today. Thank goodness I don't work outside. I don't know how these contractors we service do it being out in this heat all day.
I don't know much about disposables either. Would he consider a small refillable pod? I really like the Vaporesso Xros and the Geekvape K1. They are about the size of a disposable. As far as nic level, if he likes the 50mg salts then I'd consider making him some 24mg freebase and see how he does with that. I used 32 and 24mg for a long time while trying to switch to vaping.
