I have updated the flavor inventory on the computer and printed out a new master list. AND I realized I could fit all my flavor cases into the cupboard where they live in a much more efficient and convenient way that freed up a bunch of space. AND, despite having recently bought a ton of flavors, one whole side of a case is empty, which is more room than I had before I added all the new flavors. What magic is this, I hear you cry? Well, I pulled all the duplicates I had stupidly stored in the cases and consolidated them with the other backups. I still need to arrange those in alphabetical order so I can a spare easily when I need it, but that's an easy job. For another day.

I'm tuckered out.

I've got one adv done today so far...100mls and am going to play with Fran's ice cream base later.... probably three 30mls. I'm going to try white chocolate too though I'm worried now. @FranC what WC's and % did you use?

We eat papaya everyday....it's lovely with a squeeze of lime. Might work with your mix??

That is a long time. It must be a good company to work for if you have been that long.

It’s a small company and yes it’s good. My main complaint is there are so few employees that we only ever get two weeks vacation otherwise you’d never have enough people there to run the business.

I’m going to go out soon and spray the lawn for army worms. I bought the chemical yesterday and a sprayer that hooks to the hose.

Morning, mixers, and happy Saturday.

Rumors of rain have been greatly exaggerated... at this location. Although there may have been real rain on some of the fires, so may have helped some there.

But staying cooler, yesterday we were actually about 10 below average.

Well, at some point I want to try a new mix. I try not to make plans on a weekend cause I never know what’s going on here. The young one has baseball practice today at some point so I may rewick a Dvarw that’s waiting on me.

I have a couple plain bourbon flavors I like but always found the Kentucky Bourbon too sweet for me.

I got the entire yard sprayed with the chemicals I bought yesterday. Die army worms! I keep my yard immaculate and it really ticks me off that they killed spots in my yard. I have enough left to do at least 2-3 treatments if I need to.

It's not the cone giving it the bad flavor. I used the same cone flavor in another ice cream and that one is yummy.
