It is. It's also the most accurate honey flavor and doesn't smell like cat pee.

FA Honey
Extra-strong flavoring! This is sweet, realistic, excellent amber honey flavor - deeper than clover honey, lighter than buckwheat honey. It is not floral or fruity, and it smells just like a bottle of honey when you sniff the bottle.

I have a very vague memory of (HIC) saying the he diluted his, to make it easier to use. :|

Good evening. I was tired all day today and really didn’t feel like being at work. I pulled a muscle at work in my shoulder and neck and don’t forsee doing much of anything tonight.

    Sounds rather painful.

I don't eat bread either! Sometimes I use a lettuce leaf (big leaf) and place all my sandwich in there. I'm on a weird taste level lately. Peanut butter/real butter and lettuce leaves.

The lettuce leaves is a great idea. Never thought of that one. I can eat bread but often would rather not.

I love bread, and will probably never give it up completely, but we're experimenting with all kinds of bread and pasta substitutes. Our local Whole Foods (and TJ) carry non-gluten tortillas, for example (casava, almond flour, etc.)--they make nice wraps. And there's a huge variety of new non-gluten pastas--chick pea, lentil, hearts of palm.

Greek Halloumi cheese (grilled) makes a great pizza dough substitute. :)

TB12 diet = 80% fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and legumes. 20% protein (chicken, red meat, seafood) Eat until you're 75% full. No dairy or nightshades.

Not going to happen. Love my dairy and my nightshades--every single one of them. How can you live without tomatoes??? And why would you want to?

    Feel better soon, Hitt.

I hope that achy muscle will not prevent you from testing your top secret new release. ;)

 Great catch, SMT. OP edited.

In my defense--the .5% Honey in this recipe is based on HIC's recommendations while using 10% solution of FA Honey, which is what he liked to do at the time.

"I suggest making a small bottle of 10% FA Honey to use as your flavoring bottle. Using 1% from that bottle gives you 0.1% flavoring - which is a light 'spoonful' of honey flavor in a recipe."

To me even 1% of the solution was too much, so I changed it to .5%.

This is what happens when you copy and paste old recipes from your files without paying attention.

I should have known someone would have posted that, at least my memory does still kind of work. :|

Not really top secret. It’ll probably be all over FB before the release but I was told not to post anything on it before the 22nd. Not the first time a supplier has asked to do something like this.

    Tom Brady doesn't eat bread.

But he makes Subway commercials. ;)

Mini rant. People come up with all those crazy diets seems like every month or two--all based on pseudo science. Eat less, exercise more--unless you have a health condition that should be evaluated by a physician, like celiac disease, which, BTW, is extremely rare, or diverticulitis, Crohn's or such.

    End rant.

Just yanking your chain, Hitt! Lovingly. I'm really curious. :)

My taste preferences are changing again and I’m really preferring light mixes as opposed to heavy mixes. My ice cream base, creamy custard base, milkshake base and SMT’s Croissant base all make nice light mixes. My pudding mix is not a light mix and I’m hoping SMT’s will be lighter. If not I’ll have to write up a lighter pudding base.

That is a great idea, thanks!
I mixed 3 bottles, all 5ml, zero nic and zero flavor. 1-50/50, 2-40pg/60vg, 3-30pg/70vg. I will test all three at 44 watts with a .15 ohm coil.
Clouds are not a priority, flavor and easy mixing are.

I'm thinking of placing an order with diy-ejuice.com. What are the must-have Real Flavors flavorings? (I already have Soda Base, Aged Bourbon Cream, and Pistachio in my cart.)
I have Aurora in my cart there (not sure if it’s RF). That and soda base for some of pj’s drink recipes. I also have FE lemon as it gets high marks. I’m waiting until payday as it has been an expensive few months for me. Of course ABC is my #1 flavor.

Tomatoes break me out like a teen so I don’t eat them raw. My Dad reacts to them as well but he loves them. I eat ketchup and tomato sauce. I think tomatoes have some kind of toxin in them. I’ll have to look it up again.

“Any of these foods could result in a breakout due to them containing a substance known as alkaloids. These are essentially poisons that help protect the plant, but they’re not fatal to humans. However, they can create inflammation within your gut and cause an acne outbreak on your skin.”

I buy low carb tortillas sometimes. I'm usually low carb but lately I've been having a carb meal once weekly. I love fresh baked breads. However, I'm on a low carb diet for my liver. I have to keep those starches/and carbs lower than 25g x daily. I love home made cheesecake muffins (low carb) I use almond flour and love it. I don't care for graham cracker crust.
