I use saline sprays for my sinuses all the time--it's almost a must-have when the devil winds blow from the deserts and the humidity drops to 7%, but I've never used A&H. What's so special about it?

Let me guess--it contains baking soda? :D

    Yes, and pixie dust.

    Gonna toss?
I tossed several ego tanks. Recycled the spinners and a few Innokin vv batteries. To my surprise I also found an Aspire clearo with a couple boxes of coils in her craft closet. She loved those tanks. It took her a long time to take to an RTA. But then she was "ahhhh yes". She drew the line at rebuilding so I did that. Said if she had to build she would go back to her Aspire tanks and coils.

Good evening. I got my flu shot Saturday and have gotten headaches on and off the last couple days. Then this afternoon I got a runny nose. I hope I don’t get a full blown cold.

I mixed 2 coffee vapes a while back for some reason. I only vape coffee in my sceptre so not sure why. I'm going to move them out of my divider to make room for a couple of new mixes. The next mixing day is probably Thursday when dd is working home again. I'm hoping another mixing idea pops up in here to give me inspiration.

I'm very conflicted always about coffee vapes. I love coffee in RL, but never had a spectacular coffee vape. And I also get tired of them quickly. I added a few coffee flavorings to my wish list. But that's as far as I'm willing to go for now.

Here's a recipe that probably only @Shadav would consider mixing (fourteen ingredients!). It's my attempt to mimic Stella Park's recipe for homemade Biscoff cookies. I came up with a version during our game a while back but found it somewhat harsh. Then, after mixing Jean Cloud's take on Vape Pink's Cookie Butter, I decided to merge it with my Biscoff draft to see if it would soften things up. It did and does indeed remind me of the cookies, which I love (they are addictive--anyone who wants to feel compelled to eat too many cookies should make them).

    Biscoff Butter

    0.50% Acetyl Pyrazine 5% (TPA)
    0.75% Anise (Anice, Aniseed) (FA)
    0.33% Brown Sugar (TPA)
    0.50% Caramel (Caramello) (FA)
    0.50% Cardamom (FA)
    0.80% Cinnamon Crunch (Flavorah)
    0.40% Clove (DIY)
    2.00% Gingerbread Extra Ginger (TPA)
    0.50% Holiday Spice (TPA)
    0.50% Kinako Soy (Flavorah)
    1.00% Meringue (FA)
    3.00% Sugar Cookie v1 (CAP)
    1.00% Vanilla Buttercream Frosting (VTA)
    2.00% Vanilla Custard (CAP)

    Steep 4 weeks.

With your love of spices and recipes with tons of ingredients, I'm sure this will be right up your alley, @FranC. ;)

I'm off to a good start! I have a small bottle of AP (not sure why, though)! :D

I guess they would--if one knew what a short fill is. Now I'm totally lost. I thought short fills and one shots were the same thing.
Don’t feel too bad. I have no idea what a short fill is either. With a one shot you measure the desired amount to use and then fill with your nic mix.

My 5ml Brunhilde will be empty long before my 4ml Zlide.

And speaking of the devil. FYI.

Have the SS rods raised up about 1mm, you get the best wicking this way.
Twist the rods around a bit if they slip down too much. You will still get a very good wicking with the rods even if they are all the way down and not raised, don't be too fussy:)

Chefs sells them. You just add nic and shake.
