Drinking tap water with Tabasco is another good cold remedy.

I'm a big fan of Thera-flu for all kinds of minor to major head sinus ear nose and throat issues. Half of it is drinking the hot liquid though, but it is soooothing...

Ginger tea with a bit of cayenne is nice for a cold.

Chicken soup. Homemade. With lots of veggies and some freshly grated ginger and or cayenne if your cold is bad.

I'm up after a few hours of restless sleep. I've been up over 30 minutes and haven't even thought of vaping. Next time I'd add a disposable or two but I did pretty well. I can't wait for my PT workout, should be fun.

Survival. I woke before my alarm feeling like I never slept. Maybe I shouldn't have taken the Nyquil last night. I'm going to skip it tonight and see if I feel better tomorrow morning.

My wife is going to see my youngest today and is going to stay until tomorrow night. I'm home alone tonight so may work on some reviews if I'm not too tired by the time I get off work.

I plan to mix once I get in the mood. I really need to think of a couple good mixes with a base cause I don’t have much to mix ATM.

I’m using five internal battery pv’s. Three of them are 30w iSticks. Nothing special but they work good and they don’t want to die.

When I was looking for watermelon I didn’t even think of FLV. My FLV flavors are all together in a case (plus overflo). I don’t put the FLV fruits in my fruit case. BUT anyway I have both, the FLV Watermelon and the FLV Wild Melon. I also have FLV Melon Rind.

FLV Wild Melon is a really good flavor. Never heard of the Melon Rind.

Well, I now have two votes for Wild Melon. I will do a little mix with the watermelon and Wild melon.Should I do just a two flavor mix or use a base? What you think?
