It gets worse, as my post to @*RJ* just now makes plain. I dehydrate and grind the ginger, grind the cinnamon, and make the yogurt for it, too, so it's quite a production. But, hey, I've got a lot of time on my hands.That’s quite the complicated mix. I’ve used chia and flax before but didn’t stick with them. We always have some in the pantry.
