    Somewhere between here and there
Good morning. Not that I needed more stuff but I just ordered a bunch of pods for the xros. I like them better than Z coils so why not? They last for months so I should be set for life.

I like the Xros also for a pocket carry at work. I have been rotating back and forth between the Xros and Xros 2. I use a simple mix of 2.5% mix mint so there's little odor since I have to stealth at work. You're right about the pods lasting forever. I changed one right before vacation that I know was 2-3 months old at least.

    Good morning

I'm really sorry to hear that Butch. I thought you were on the mend. Keep us updated if you can.

True....according to the listen function on Google translate.....

But hey I've just realised what you did back there

ETA. Mind you the second syllable was a mixture of hem and ham. Needs saying with a Norwegian accent!!

    What's wrong with a French accent . . .

@ShowMeTwice lovely pics. Difficult taking pictures in the snow. If you're on auto the camera tends to get the white balance wrong.
That's a nice friendly looking horse....she's lovely
Thanks mate. :) I took those photos on my iPhone. Pretty sure there is no white point balance adjustment on it. Might be wrong. Perhaps the latest iPhone model has that, IDK.

  I just thought of something, horses don't exactly stay put in a shot waiting for me to make camera adjustments. :D I can't exactly say "stay horse" and expect them to listen. By the time my pokey self made any camera changes to setting they would be long gone.

I hope your doctors get your lung infections squared away.

    Carp!! Good luck, Butch. :nun:

More rain here, temp just over freezing - here. Further north, up the Sound, seems to be black ice everywhere. (No surprise, after yesterday's melt and subsequent freezing rain there.)

Not sure which is worse, the 2 - 3 week week town run, or putting it all away.

I could have swore Skeebo and I exchanged mobile numbers a while back. Looking back through our PM's we were going to but never got around to it.

Several of us in the Shiny thread have exchanged contact info. Many of us learned a lesson from Eskie's sudden, and sad, disappearance. OP had Eskie's cell number and tried contacting him a few times to no avail.

Is this true? Or are you just guessing? My inclination was May-ham.
Mehamn, why wouldn't the 'N' be pronounced? Is it for certain a silent 'N' in Norwegian?

My guess is mee-hamN. That's probably all sorts of wrong.

The pronunciation on this site is the same as what Charlie found.
    https://www.howtopronounce.com/norwegian/mehamn

I am surprised no one has asked what, actually where, Mehamn is.
Mehamn is the most northern point in Norway.

And here I thought with all the foreign flicks you watch you would have known. That and all the different languages you know. :)

I figured you could hum Charlie. I can hum too! :D

I kind of like this one. Might help those here who have problems sleeping.

Mehamn --- The following links might be helpful @Zazie. Then again they might not be helpful to you at all. IDK ;)
