    Good morning mixers. Day 4 of the work week and have to say the week has been going fairly well so far. Despite having lost another employee on the 17th we're holding up fairly well being even more short handed. I could see the boss holding off until spring to do any hiring. He's recovering from his knee surgery right before Xmas but is just coming in late but staying the rest of the day working. He said when they did the surgery they saw he had osteoarthritis and had to glue the knee instead of pin it to bone. I'm not sure how all that works.
    Seems weird. Hope it works good.

    Yep - However, don't know how much of a change it really is, other then it breaks up the usual daily ritual, especially since she comes here every 2 weeks . . . 1 week is "lite" cleaning that includes kitchen/bathroom/vacum/wash floors/quick dusting - then 2nd week is heavy duty, which includes all the above plus mainroom (living-dinning-office area)/bedroom/inside staircase & halls, etc. And every so often a major appliance or something that needs doing . . . Then there is 2 "seasonal" cleanings . . . Just Sayin' . . . :rolleyes:

    Well, as you said, it breaks up the usual routine. Makes it a usual change I guess.:lol:

    I need a friend like that. My house is a vile filth pit. Tidy, though.

    Morning, mixers.

    More rain, and, gasp, 46 atm, shortly before scheduled sunrise. I think it's supposed to get brighter after that, but don't expect to see the sun for some time. Freezing level supposed to go up to about 5K', with warm rain. Doesn't bode well for the "usual" places for flooding.

    Is the h silent? It is here, but not here.
    Isn't that back to front as in the first here isn't silent and the second is? The GT version sounds much more like a Norwegian accent too. I'm interested to get the answer too.

    Trying the first mix I did with the FA Cookie Premium. Very simple recipe but very tasty. Sweet but not too much so so far.
    @Zazie One for you :)

    Raspberry Cookie Ice Cream
    FA Cookie Premium 1.5%
    SSA Natural Raspberry 1%

    Fill with my ice cream base.
