4 degrees here so I'm staying home today. Planning to catch up on some wicks and coils and do some mixing. Stopped by the gas station yesterday to fill up some cans of kerosene. By the time I finished the last can I couldn't feel my fingers.

Did you see the story about the Canadians who are trapped in Mexico. They were described as influencers. Seems they behaved so badly on the flight down that the airline declined to take them home. No other airlines are interested in helping them.

Seems their bad behavior consisted of taking off their masks, dancing, running up and down the aisles, harassing staff and other passengers, being drunk, loud and obnoxious, and vaping. They kept up their clown show all the way down. Wouldn't it just make your day if you got stuck on a long plane flight with that bunch of $%^&*'s. Don't understand why they didn't land at the nearest airport and kick them off.
    What a bunch of jerks.:(

They just released an annual report on political donations in Indiana, showing the top 25 donors. There were a couple of unions on the list, teachers and health workers, the rest were the usual corporate interests including several tobacco and pharma names. Nothing from the vaping industry. Given how politics works it doesn't look good for us.

I have recipes in too many places and haven’t found the Spongecake yet. Just weird. I loved it since the first mix with it and I can’t find that mix. Guess I’ll have to look at Zazie’s blog when I’m on my puter later. Couple more envies to search before I give up..

    Good morning ladies & gentlemans,
I do not have the big plans for today, I have to wire & rewick 3 x KFL'21

Is the h silent? It is here, but not here.
You're very close to the truth, Sarah.
Mehamn, both M with a lot of pressure, E in a longer tone, H very short, almost non-existent, N very short.

But, we Norwegians have many thousands of dialects, if I drive 10 minutes north, or if I drive 10 minutes west from where I live, the two valleys speak a slightly different dialect.
This is how it is throughout Norway.

I drive 10 hours north to Trøndelag, the dialect there is so different that one would think it was a separate race.

Morning, mixers, and happy Friday :)

Still raining here, although my weather station does indicate we had a dry spell last night, for about 4 hours. Unless the rain gauge was just tired... supposed to move to random showers later today, we'll see. We have wetlands at the NE corner of our land, and the seasonal pond grows this time of year, so watching the level rise. (Needs about 8 feet of rise over a couple of acres before any concern, no worries.)

I'm going to go for a random gripe right now. It's not serious but I'm thinking OMG why? About 3 weeks ago(around or about because I'm forgetful at times) basic cigarettes (obviously their marketing) sent me coupons for cigs and a free zippo lighter. I never signed up for coupons. I gave the hubs the lighter to put in the useless things drawer. Fast forward today ..I got coupons from Marlboro for 25.00 off a carton of smokes. Also a 10 dollar coupon off basic smokes. Why oh why are they trying to hook me. I started vaping in 2010 and have no desire to start cigs again.

Well, there are candles and incense.... ;) Still know any smokers you could pass the coupons on to? Yeah, waning sales.

Couple tanks to clean and put back on the rack, no rush. May rearrange the living room. Is that a side effect of cabin fever?

    Somewhere between here and there
    @hittman One for the Spongecake.
    FW Creamy Spongecake 2%
    TFA Acai 1%
    FA Raspberry 2%
    Fill with ice cream base.

Thanks. I'm not super crazy about acai though.

And no one in an aisle seat stuck their foot out and tripped them? Unbelievable! The thought sure would have crossed my mind.

If I traveled to the deep South I’d have a very hard time understanding their southern accent

I still haven’t coiled my Kumo. Slacking.
I'm interested in knowing how you like the Kumo, I have not bought anything in several months, and it's one of the few new ones that I think looks very stylish.

Unfortunately, it is not unique, I feel that we as a society should deport such people, for example to a camp at the North Pole.

    I’m confused. What’s usual?

That when I open the thread first thing of the day and read what's been posted overnight - then finally come to your post asking everyone if they have any plans today . . . It's then that I know the day has actually started and it gives me a chance to check-in when I "like" the post- even if I don't reply . . . Just Sayin' . . .
