Ok, guess I need to work on my mental telepathy
You burn calories by simply using your brain.

Elite chess players can burn up to 6,000 calories in one day — all without moving from their seats! https://www.livescience.com/burn-calories-brain.html

The brain represents just 2% of a person's total body weight, but accounts for 20% of the body's energy use. That means during a typical day, an average person uses about 320 calories just to think.

Sleeping? Yes. An average person burns around 50 calories an hour while asleep. Some more, some less, all depends.

Yes! You are burning calories while typing. :)

    Gotcha twice! :D

    Ok Ladies, FWIW...

"According to Harvard Health Publications, typing on a computer burns 41 calories per half hour for a 125-pound person."

So yes, you both are exercising! ;)

    Ready? Here we go!

Be careful now SMT, if you get them angry you will use a lot more energy to find a hiding place

So what’s a person to do to be totally lazy and burn no calories?

Are you really making your dog cookies?
Pumpkin is considered a superfood for dogs. Essential micronutrients. Good source of fiber. Also helps their skin and coat. Every few days we add some to the dogs suppers. They love it! :)

It's not possible to burn zero calories. Being totally lazy burns calories cause your mind will wander. Unless you are able to shut your brain and every organ off. And then, not so good, see below...

    Don’t ask.
    Good answer!

Zero calories burned = 6 feet under!

We did all of our running around to five different places. Took back a jacket that didn’t fit my son, took back the toilet parts we didn’t need to Lowes and picked up LED lights for the basement, Walmart, Burger King for son, and donated some stuff to charity. The basement is bright…I love the lights. Used the gift card my Mom gave me. I love Lowes. My favorite store.
