I got the Gear 2 rta set up and put the sponge cake and lemon mix in it. I didn’t put enough lemon so it doesn’t have much flavor. I’m going to dump the tank and fill it with lmn#

I don't eat it that often but do love it. I was friends with an older polish lady that made it all from scratch. Heavenly eats . Her polish dills were to die for.

And now I have to tell THE REST OF THE STORY. You know the loving care I put into supper tonight. Slow heat for 2 hours so the flavors blend just right, all that high priced chef stuff.
Dipped out a large portion, put the cornbread muffins beside it on the plate & feasted.
Later after everything cooled I dipped the large amount of leftover into a ziplock storage tub, opened the refrigerator and promptly dumped the whole thing in the floor.
I hate being so derned weak & an old geezer to boot.

It's going to be another cold weekend here and possibly a messy Monday morning. I'm kind of hoping it's bad enough that I can work from home.

This weekend has lots of bottle and atty cleaning. I've been bad (again!) and they're giving me the evil eye. I also need to do a bit of mixing to restock the stash.
