I think I have reached the goal of what I needed to build a squonk.
I have searched for the Dicodes Extreme V3 chipset, where I have so far not found a place that sells them.

I only had 2 cups! But, yours truly made the coffee this morning exactly howz I like it. EXTREMELY STRONG!!!

Everyone else, 'cept the little Lady, was like This Is Awful... ...ummm, nope. I prefer coffee made like Euro coffee, STA-rong! What's the point of drinking it otherwise. I just had that conversation with some Swiss friends via FB the other day, they agree 1001%.
