Yeah, no interest in mechs.

I was just slumming on FT and came across the Pulse. If I could try squonking again with something fairly decent that doesn’t cost a lot I might go for it.

How is the VV Pulse V2 as a squonk?

It's a chunky monkey, but really lightweight. I find it comfy to hold and squonk using my index finger to fire. The chip is fantastic and it does TC mode well.

Best features are the bottom fill port, and that with no battery inside it's water resistant. That makes it easy to wash out a bottle, with it still attached in the mod.

I hate winter so bad that I start saying spring is around the corner about October each year. I’ll be cutting grass again in a month. So it’s true for us.

Here in south Texas, in February we start saying, oh gawd, summer is coming...

How is the VV Pulse V2 as a squonk?

I have one of the Pulse but not sure if it’s a V2. I’ve only used it a couple times. If you want something smaller maybe take a look at the Geekvape aegis squonk.

In the Texas Panhandle we say Summer, Winter ,Spring, Fall ..........pick one and wait 5 minutes ..........

Are you open to trying a squonker that is a semi-mech?

The Asmodus Luna is a semi-mech. That means it has a chipset inside and offers some protections. It's not a pure mech but not a regulated mod either.

The internal chip has protections for inserting the battery correctly, when the battery hits 3.3v it shuts off, it will automatically shut off if the fire button is pressed for 10 seconds, the LED flashes if a short is detected in the atty and finally it will shut off if the chip reaches over 85 degrees.

They are really nice stabwood squonkers. Here's one of mine.

In case anyone wants to know, there is a cold wave down here in Florida . . . In the low 40's overnight and bearly got into the mid 50's during the day . . . Same temperatures happening tonight, with the possibility of it getting as low as the 30's . . . Just Sayin' . . .

I do like it but just really didn’t get into squonk mods much until lately. I love the new Centaurus squonk and ordered another one.

I’m going to see if I can like dripping. If I can’t do that then I won’t like squonking either.
