I keep my flavors organized by flavor type. Creams with creams, vanillas with vanillas, etc. etc.

My stash of mods are in several Tidy Cat litter containers. They're very heavy duty and have a nice carrying handle. The larger sized ones hold many mods and gear.

I always repurpose the empty Tidy Cat litter containers for holding all sorts of stuff.
How do you find anything without digging for it?

It's 28 degrees here with a light freezing rain. I was going to drive the half block to church, but I figured it would be colder and take longer to defrost my car than to walk. Plus I'd have to do it again after church. The walk to church wasn't bad, but the walk home, I had stinging rain in my face. Tomorrow morning it's going to be 17 degrees and we should get 1 to 3 inches of snow.

Each container has a list of what is inside. Only way to get something from the bottom is to empty the container.  Might sound like a pain in the azz, but for me it just works. Besides, I'm too cheap to buy storage containers when I can reuse these. ;)

I keep hardware in big Lowes plastic tubs under the bed. About the same size as your litter tubs. They have labels on the lids. Some stuff is in small tubs inside the large tubs. I got rid of most of the original mod and tank boxes, get rid of the packing foam and you can fit 4 Picos or Solos in one box. Spare rings and screws in small plastic bags inside large plastic bags. Like you said it's a pain having to root around in a big tub looking for something but it doesn't happen very often. Guess everyone has their own system.

It’s the same way with storage tubs. I have two large ones and made a list of what’s in each. I bought two that aren’t as deep a month ago and filled those quickly. I still have 8-10 cardboard boxes full of other stuff too. What I’d really like to have is a couple more cabinets like I have my mixing stuff in. It’s double door and about 6’ tall but they are kinda expensive.

You're making me glad I don't live in the Panhandle anymore. Of course, I'm glad anyway. Lubbock was fine, but Amarillo is the armpit of Texas. It's only saving grace is my daughter was born there. I was living in Hereford at the time, which is worse than Amarillo. It smells like its name.

    Yip, on the aroma .........

Agree on Amarillo, only good things there are The Big Texan , and the Quarter Horse Museum.

All y’all in the frozen lands can come here and thaw out, but we gotta leave by midnight tomorrow and head to Key West. Predicted high of 80*, low 73*. That should work :)

I like those places, and the Helium museum. Have you attempted the free 72 oz. steak?

Negative on eating a whole steer in one setting, but their chicken fried steak & a Shiner Bock beer is a banquet all by it's self.

Good morning. The snow was over fairly early yesterday so roads were decent last night. It’s still well below freezing so im going to leave a little early for work but not as early as yesterday.

I added some shisha orange to the orange cream cake recipe and still can barely taste it. I think something is masking the orange flavor. I think I just don’t like this recipe and will dump it. It sounded good when I saw it on elr.

Be careful out there. I'm sure the roads have frozen up overnight.
