Charlie no one has ever been able to upload a 25MB file on ECF.They're only 3-4mb the limit on ECF is 25mb!!

I just ran some file upload tests in the Sandbox. Testing ECF Image Size Limitation
The maximum file size you can upload on ECF is 5.2MB. (although I don't know why anyone would want to)
Try any file larger than 5.2MB and you will get the following error...
