So not shingles. I've been writing notes this WHOLE time. I did some packing and he returned all roided up.

Since I hate mania (in myself but also in others it is a PITA) I sent him outside to smoke a cigarette. I really should bet high this year, health insurance wise I am thinking.

I'm taking a break, them were my YOGA hours. I must say, one emotion I have NEVER felt when working at home is appreciation. So yeah, that and a goofy husband. I'm waiting for my clothes to be washed then getting out of here.

I mean, I'm trying to let him enjoy the giddy, but it's just hard. LOL.

It was a test run for both the ywcc and the butter pecan. Creamy, eggy, custardy I like. I’m definitely getting a strong sweet out of this. I may mix a tester with my regular cc base and drop the % on the bc to see if I can make it work
It is 100% Philadelphia cream cheese. Thats why I mix it with NYCC. Great in some recipes but not all. Next time you order get the PUR. Both of them because they go together. They take forever to steep but worth it

I'm still vaping my PB Almond Cookie and my Strawberry Croissant.Been a couple weeks for both of them. I really do get stuck in a rut when I like something.I'd did try my new Strawberry Shortbread today and that's pretty tasty also.

I Know you listed the % of each but would you mind giving it to me again? At the time you originally posted I thought I would never touch the ywcc but if I can blend it into Cap nycc then its a way to use it up instead of just having wasted $ on it.

    Thanks
    :)

To me the ywcc is just a random cream taste. I'd be kinda afraid it would ruin my cheesecake.

I suppose I should spill the beans......hubs has bone cancer. It's in one spot that can be accessed easily with pin point radiation so we have a hope of killing it......at least for now. He's in a great deal of pain and I'm really hoping the radiation next week will relieve that.

I try to keep busy with my DIY and stuff. Helps to keep my mind occupied. Not helping my thought process much.....Having a hard time thinking of ideas. Maybe it's not my mind at all but the fault of the so many flavors I've collected...........

I’m so sorry to hear the news about your husband Fran.

No new mixes for me this weekend. Still working on sfts from a week ago and made up some new ones.

I decided to do all my flavor testing according to groupings ie all strawberry or all watermelon. I started with raspberry.

It was nice to be able to compare the different raspberries to each other in one sitting.

Does anyone else do it this way?

You may be right. I will do a small tester before committing to anything larger. It's the flavor I could not taste at all no matter what I did it just was not there so am hoping its the same in mixing it with something else. But you are right it may mess up a taste of another flavor.......

How do you decide which ones are necessary? Because if I can get back from testing all of them it would be a dream! It really is time consuming!!!!

I was thinking maybe I should start with flavors I use the most to find the different nuances in different manufacturers flavors.

If I feel it necessary to do an sft it's because I really want to get the single flavor taste. Most will just get tested in small recipes.

I thought about using it up just as a cream flavor but it's not my fav there either.

I was/am looking for a place to hide it in a mix, lol
I would think maybe a cc would be fine for that
