You could always try Swedish snus. I've been using it for years along with vaping. And yes, some women do use snus. I just wouldn't recommend the loose stuff. Stick with portions.
I tried swedish snus before and it felt like my mouth was burning. I'm just going to use the nicotine I have in freezer to make Nic toothpicks. I still get coupons for snus.

Yes, I'm going to try. I'm going nicotine toothpicks to cut the vaping down. I'm tired of cleaning windows constantly. The residual is getting out of hand. :) I even have air purifiers and it does nothing. I'm also going to find a alternative. With the no taste going on it doesn't matter anymore.

Here's one I came across some time back.

From SetNicFree on reddit:

200 TOOTHPICKS [6 cm long]

100 ML ALCOHOL [food grade]

2.5 TSP MENTHOL CRYSTALS

1/2 TSP SPEARMINT OIL OR 1/3 TSP CINNAMON OIL

20 ML NICOTINE SOLUTION [60 mg/ml strength]

Mix menthol crystals until dissolved.

Submerge toothpicks (in glass dish) for 12-24 hours.

Spread the sticks with the liquid on a plate to dry.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Moisten and place near cheek gums. Chew lightly, enjoy, and return to cheek.

Nicotine is absorbed via the gums, not the stomach, so maximum contact with gums is recommended.

For improved nicotine absorption, sprinkle some baking soda on the toothpicks to increase their PH. Wood is slightly acidic, which can impede nicotine absorption.

Hello in here.. I'm thinking of quitting vaping. I quit cigs back in 2010 and its been almost 12 years. I'm planning on going flavor free first then cutting down the times I vape. I have a habit of vaping constantly which is not good at all. It's time for me. It might take a few months to achieve but I'm tired of it all.

Good luck. I am sure it will be much easier than quitting cigarettes.

Darn it I can't have any alcohol. (Autoimmune liver disease).

Filled my empty Nauti GT and have not much left in the bottle. It will go down slower now that it's back with all the others. Topped off my Zlide but it has plenty left. I think I'll mix a couple more recipes tomorrow to keep ahead.
I've found more recently that I can go for hours without a vape, without being uncomfortable. For shopping trips I used to bring my little minifit to vape while in the parking lot. Now I don't bother with it. Same with going out to eat.

I've got a case of the afternoon blahs. I feel like I could take a nap. I just took a green tea capsule so hopefully that kicks in soon. I think I might clean out the tank on the Unibox tonight and start using something besides the strawberry macaroon.

I really like the tank that came with the Target 200 and have been running the Muller one shot in it but don't have any spare coils for it. I'm torn, I really don't want to start buying another type of coil but really like it.

I don’t use them all the time but I have coils for the egoOne tanks plus I can rebuild them. Then I have the Z-coils, Nauti coils and GTX. I do have some others but those are the main ones. My others aren’t for anything new either.

I spent the morning at my desk in the office keeping up with the forum and writing recipes ideas. I’ve had pretty good luck with ideas lately but they don’t always translate into a recipe. Give me something to work on tomorrow.

At this time I have no intention of ever quitting vaping. I enjoy it too much. It's more of a hobby than cigarettes ever could be.

I feel EXACTLY the same way. It’s become a hobby and for me I also like to collect and maybe sell stabwood mods. I’d be fine vaping no nicotine. That’s what I do in the evenings without any issues.

It’s also that hand to mouth movement that a lot of smokers and vapers talk about like a calming security thing. I’m not explaining myself well so maybe someone will rescue me and make sense of what I’m saying. Brain defect strikes again.

You explained perfectly for me. I vape at 6mg and don't have plans on changing that.
