Not too much going on today. I have a few errands to run and may take the truck to get washed. It's covered in salt from the nasty roads last week.

Okay - Plans are to take "Butch" to the spa? . . . And - Make a few business calls, hopefully they answer their phones. Really I don't want to have to wait hours/days for them to return the call when I am not prepared . . .

I feel like I'm in daze today. I must not have slept well last night. My shoulder that I hurt last week is still nagging at me a little. The end of the day can't come soon enough.
I have my last 1/2 coffee and have plans to do a remix or two. I have plans to almost fill a 15ml bottle with croissant mix and label it Croissant in Waiting. A small bottle takes a couple weeks to steep, I’ll add the guava then.

Yep and now going to try and sleep some more. The wife has a 1pm appt and I have to go with her so I need some sleep. Tomorrow is my kidney doc appt and hopefully I can find out why I can't sleep and if anything can be done about it.

Pineapple express finally got here, so temps are up. And so is the water level. (No concerns for us, but those in the "usual" areas may be in for flooding. Again. As the warm rain raises the freezing level and melts the snow...)

I finally got some new work in this morning. It should last me for a few days I'd think.
I was thinking yesterday that I want to start going through my flavor list and use some different fruit flavors. I know I have a bunch but always go for strawberry, raspberry, and some black currant. I know I have some that I have never even tried. I'll do some simple mixes with Fran's custard base or some pudding base to see if I like some of them.
