    It's definitely Grumbleday. It took me 35 minutes to do a 15 minute job this morning.

    Before I mix I note flavor % and location of flavor. That took me way too long . I couldn’t find half the flavors cause I kept looking right past them. I’m done now and going to pull the needed cases out.

    I going to mix Skeebo’s Vanilla Graham with the changes hitt made.

    SMT’s recipe is also up for mixing.

    Here's a slightly different take on Fran's Raspberry cookie ice cream...it's about mid level sweet (6-7).

    Raspberry Cookie Ice Cream.....
    1.50% Cookie (Biscotto) (FA)
    3.00% Ice Cream (Hangsen)
    2.00% Ice Cream Vanilla (SSA)
    0.25% Raspberry (Berryl) (FA)
    0.75% Raspberry Syrup (SSA)
    1.00% Vanilla Ice Cream (SC) (WF)
    Flavor total: 8.5%

    You are brave to use Ha Ice Cream at 3%. Recommended use is 1% or less. When I first used it years ago I did a 10% dilution.
