I'm finishing off the summer sausage and smoked cheese that I bought yesterday. I eat it with saltine crackers. The flavor of the meat and cheese is so strong, you have to have a bland cracker to go with it.

My favorite fish is cod.

There are many places here who serve fish fries on Friday nights. The beer battered cod is excellent as are the perch plates. I love all kinds of fish. My favorite is swordfish. I've been known to eat fish for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Yum!
