I’m rather shocked you don’t have the Irish Cream.
I was too. Just checked my flavors again, nope. Looked back in my history of purchased flavors, nope.

Just read HIC's notes on Irish Cream and am even more surprised I don't have it.

Color me perplexed.

Morning, mixers, and happy hump day eve ;)

Still raining, with snow over about 1500'. Per reports, FEET of snow, unusual for this time of year, but since our snow pack is a bit less than "average", we'll take it. The storm is supposed to be moving east as the day goes by, we'll see.

Meantime, the grass still grows, but of course now we'll need to pick up the storm debris before mowing...

Probably clean and rewick a few tanks, from the trip. Otherwise, well, just listen to the grass growing!

But... I do have FA Brandy and FA Gin. They're excellent when used as enhancers.

Brandy at a low percent adds a nice gourmet touch to bakery mixes. Also helps to create a baked fruit effect.

Gin at a low percent makes light fruit flavors brighter, adds sparkle to darker fruits and berries and it enhances all the citrus flavors.

Used at low percents will not impart a boozy taste into a mix. 0.25% - 0.5% for brandy / 0.25% - 1% for gin.

I now have 5 recipes. After another run of mixes I’ll be down to one or none. I don’t really like that so I’m going to try to write at least a couple more. I’ve written down all my ideas but getting them into a finished mix is another thing.

I have a ton of booze flavors. Haven’t made a Boozy one in awhile.

Good morning random folks :) Have you any plans today?
As per time difference days almost over here. Trip to podiatrist done this morning despite feeling a bit unwell. Nebulous symptoms...slight headache, slight sore throat but no cough. Have dosed myself with a myriad of homeopathic remedies and paracetamol and not feeling too bad right now. It's typical as we leave for our trip on Thursday  if it isn't gone by tomorrow I think I'll have to get tested. I'd never forgive myself if I gave the lurgy to V's cousin whose in a bad enough way as it is.

Last day of cold nights today then back to warm spring weather. 77f on Sunday and then the low 70's for the foreseeable' with warmer nights....'bout time. Of course we're driving towards colder weather  such is life!!

Hoping you feel better, Charlie  If not it’s a good idea to get tested if only for your peace of mind.

Well, I am just going to have to tell dad he has to cut out these trips to the emergency room because it is too traumatic for me to get all caught up on what I have missed here. girl_haha.gif He fell out of the bed yesterday and cut his ear. He is doing great today. Well enough that he does not want me to order a bed rail. It is the first time it has ever happened but still, I try to do whatever makes my his life better. unnamed.gif

Hope everyone is having a great day!

    Thank you,
We had black German shepard when I was 20, loved that dog. He was a beast against other dogs, and a licking machine against humans.

it has been a special journey with Øsa, everything she has achieved in competitions makes me very proud, and of course the fact that she has become a mother is the highest for me.
I go to as few shows as I can, at least, for her it was the two I needed to achieve the hunting championship for her. I always let them have an extra pound around their stomach when there is an exhibition competition, they do it much better when they use their muscles actively in the competition compared to those who are thin and highly trained for hunting.

With the new rules that I think are completely idiotic, we will go back to how it was in the 50s, those who had skilled dogs steered away from the competition of beauty.
Her breeder said something funny tonight, I have not judged a dog hunting for the last two years that did not have white on the chest lol

Oh yes, the best vape for tonight, Black Note Burley.
I agree, my parents got a deal on our German shepherd because she couldn’t be shown in competitions because of her color. The family joke was if we had an hour and some fur dye we could fix her color no problem :) . Give some people a little power and it goes right to their heads. They make rules not because it makes sense, but because they want you to remind everyone of how powerful they are. It is idiotic especially when the competition is based on skill.

Hope the Black Note Burley was good. Cheers.

    Somewhere between here and there
Well, just got a call from my wife and looks like I'm going to be alone again this weekend. Her best friend that she grew up with and has stayed in contact with over the years moved their family a few years ago to South Carolina. Their son has always had some issues and had been living at home for years. We got a call Sunday that he had committed suicide. My wife is going to try to get a quick flight and go from Wednesday to Monday to be there for her friend. It's truly a sad thing. I hadn't seen the son in probably 10-15 years but can't imagine loosing a child like that.

That is very sad. He must have had some serious issues to do that.:(
