Funny you should mention that . Last time I was in Mexico, we visited a distillery that made a pollo mezcal .

I actually needed the ice to cool off my wort for a beer that I’m making for town’s brewfest.

When the wife came home from shopping, she started to burn some sage to cover the smell of beer. That gave me an idea for making a Thanksgiving ale.

I got an email about those from Nomnomz last month. Nothing I want from WF but SSA also has some new also. I ordered Crumbly Cookie, Forest Fruit, Mango Pulp and Premium Raspberry.

Yesterday's promised tapering off of the rain happened, except when it was raining, with heavy squalls at least once an hour.

Nope, no branch gathering yesterday, maybe today. May need to put the machete blades on the mower.

This is the first of 4 gloomy days for us. Not much rain is expected for today but it is for tomorrow. The temp expected is 50 today and 48 tomorrow. There is a single 70 day in our forecast but it's a week away and I'm not counting on it.

Thanks Mel Yeah, counting down the hours. Suppose to be sunny and in the low 70s all weekend. Though, the ocean will still be too cold. But, there’s a heated outdoor pool on the premises. We booked 2 nights at the Amelia Schoolhouse Inn.
