What about PUR simply cake and CAP. Cake batter?
I have PUR Simply Cake but haven't mixed with it yet. I should get on that! :thumb:

CAP Cake Batter is excellent as is FW Cake Batter. CAP Cake Batter adds a nice light buttery note as well.

Used primarily as an additive at 0.5% - 0.75% CAP or FW will add moistness and mouthfeel to any mix. That's how I like to use it.

WF Cookie Butter - nearly everyone on ELR says it is sweeeeeet, so I passed.
I know you've been leaning towards sweeter mixes lately. ;)

CAP Nut Muffin - I do have interest in it but there just isn't much info on it anywhere yet.

From the photo it looks like a Walnut Muffin.

If it is walnut then I will buy a bottle.

I hitt ELR up for rough mixing %. The simply cake will be easy to put in a recipe. Actually most should fit in recipes ok. Maybe the Nut Muffin should be mixed solo?
I would try Nut Muffin solo just to see what it has going on.

SFT it, drip a little, if you like it then add another flavor or two.

Yes, I know the Cookie Butter is said to be sweet but I won’t use enough to become a problem. If I get ambitious I’ll SFT the nut muffin.

I suppose I can use that Recurve RDA I haven’t used yet.

    Morning, mixers,

Clear and sunny here, at least for now. Maybe even all day :)

Rain did back off yesterday, so maybe the grass will be dry enough to mow. And maybe roto-till a new garden bed...

I did toss together a bottle of your Creamy Chocolate V2 yesterday, Fran. Is 24 hours a long enough steep? (Well, it will actually be a few more days, at least unless I want to have 13 going... )

    Somewhere between here and there
    Hoping the tea works good.

I think it is working. I have a feeling I'm going to crash this afternoon.

I made a list of the 8-9 flavors still sitting on my bureau I haven’t used yet. I’d like to get at least a few into recipes. Anyone do anything with Cap nut muffin or WF Cookie butter?

I am waiting for someone to try the nut muffin so I know how to mix it. I have tried the cookie butter and I remember it being sweet so I'd go light on it.

What about PUR simply cake and CAP. Cake batter?

It's been a long time since I used the Cap cake batter. I used to mix a recipe then drip a couple drops of cake batter into the tank I was using. I remember it being good.

I don’t think any long steep is needed but I’d give it a bit longer.

    Good morning ladies and gentlemen,
I've been to a chiropractor, picked up a package that contained an RDA, there are two other RDAs coming sooner or later, I'll stop with them.
Next will be to finish the drawings of the squonk mod and get it machined, not going to buy a squonk mod.

Much luck with your squonk mod
