I sent a nasty little email to sourcemore customer service this morning. The end of January I placed an order. It got stuck in customs for two months. I finally got them to agree to reship my order. That was a month ago and my order still hasn't made it out of China. The funny thing is that I placed another order and got it in a few weeks recently. Also, the review samples that my rep sent are out for delivery today. I'm feeling like that one order is cursed. At this point I don't even really want what I ordered.
Our new fridge was supposed to be delivered Tuesday then they pushed it back to Thursday and now my wife texted me and said they aren't bringing it until Friday now.
I decided against mixing. I can always do that tomorrow if I want. I put all the cases away. In about a hour I have to get dinner ready for the oven so I don’t want to get busy with something and forget.
Finished with paint for this day, two ceilings finished, one left, the kitchen ceiling. It must be washed thoroughly.
The rest of the day will go to coffee, and vape, right now it's BN Burley in FeV dripper, a perfect squonker for dripping.

I called Lowes myself to see what the heck was going on and found out that were going to bring it tomorrow but they had a truck break down so that put them a day behind. I can understand that. However, it would have been nice if they would have just brought it Tuesday.
Easier said than done. They act like you are asking for their first born when you ask for a refund. I had to get mean and nasty for a week or so just to get them to reship it.
My marathon mixing session is almost done. Just got to label the bottles then clean up, but I needed a vape break. Two new recipes in the batch, my strawberry cheese strudel and an orange Creamsicle than I made up. It has 4 different orange flavors, so it should be plenty orangey. I'll let it stew for a while and if it's any good, I'll post it.
That they may be able to spend a working week packing, filling out paperwork, and getting the package out, that must be reckoned with from many places.

My reshipped order from January was reshipped on 3-16 and is still in China. I know they had lockdowns and stuff but like I said, I got my other order and the review samples are due to hit today.
I'm just about done waiting on this order. I paid for it with Paypal and have until July 28 to report a problem. It may or not get me a refund but I know they don't want me filing a dispute there. I'll wait and see what they say when they respond tonight but I'm not even going to bother threatening them. I'll just file the dispute if I don't like their answer.
I've lost my faith in them.
