I broke out the new Kroma-z today and was reminded why I liked it so much, it's an awesome pod mod. So I own 4 devices now and have a Coolfire coming and the wife already remarked it's "too many". Boy does she have surprises coming! :w00t:

Keep an eye on them. They’ll start multiplying. If your wife saw how many I have she’d have a coronary.

WAKE UP! Where is everyone this morning? I made it to work despite the stupid drivers on the highway. The wife commented how nice the lawn looked last night after I mowed. I had some issues last fall and had to do a bunch of seeding but it came back fantastic. It looks like a green carpet now.

Nice to know the work you did paid off.

Mine has some green, brown and yellow. I would describe it as more like a patch work quilt.

I live in a subdivision with small yards. Our neighbor of 20 years always kept his lawn immaculate and he got me into doing it. It's second nature now. I can mow, trim, and blow off the sidewalk in about an hour so it's not a lot of work to keep the yard nice. A few bags of lawn chemicals throughout the year and some water keeps it pretty nice. I spot spray for weeds.

What’s everyone up to this evening?, beside hitt, who’s mowing.

I'll be mowing today. Just found out yesterday that the kid next door who has been mowing my lawn is out of action. He broke some bones in his hand, just had the pins taken out and it will be a while. I don't fancy getting back into mowing, it's an acre of grass with 15 trees to maneuver around and it's not very flat due to the moles. Debating between hiring some lawn care or buying a ride-on. Probably wait a little while and see if the kid gets back into action. He was doing a dozen lawns in the neighborhood and making good money so he probably wants to do it.

I do my own weed eating. Spent a couple of hours last week doing that and afterwards my arm was vibrating so much it was an hour before I could do stuff like fill a tank.

Had a fight with an old Lemo tank yesterday. The coil stopped registering. Took it completely apart to figure out where the connection was broken. Got it in the end. The design at the base of the tank is unique, I had to put in a spacer to move one part up to make contact with the next part. Luckily I had a bag of those 1/16" spacer washers that you can put between the tank and the mod, cut one down a bit and it did the job. A Lemo was the first tank I got after Pro Tanks and I've been using them ever since, never had that happen before.

Glad you got that figured out.:)

    Happy hump day, all.

More rain, temps still lower than norm. Typical fall weather.

But still more snow in the hills, so bodes well for the "real" summer and fall :)

Looks to be a bit longer before I can mow and whack, but they do say that, for grass, that's actually a good thing, the taller the grass the deeper the roots, which does help it survive dry spells. Not a real gardener, but I'll go with that!

Evidently, my get-up-and-go is taking a break. I woke up thinking, "Gosh, I need a nap." But it is a gorgeous day.

I have heard that too and will use that today if mowing is suggested. Yesterday, I put him off by saying we should wait closer to the weekend so the yard will look good. Not sure why it worked because we never have visitors. heehee girl_haha.gif
