I don't know how similar our palates are, Sugar; but, I find little to no consistency (denseness?) comparison to the real life stuff. That is, for TFA's Greek Yogurt, at least. Same holds true for CAP Creamy Yogurt. I have not tried CAP's latest Greek offering yet.
Both the TFA Greek, and the CAP Creamy, do have a nice creaminess to them. But, neither has even the "heaviness" of many NYCCs or even some of the custards. Just a nice tanginess, and a bit of moistness (a bonus for mixes that might seem dry). They blend well with almost everything.
