Good morning, hitt :) A humid 80 for us.

It was 86, humid, and really windy this morning. I set the sprinklers to run this morning after I left but don't know how much good it will do with the high winds. We have had such a mild summer until now that I had only run the sprinklers once so far this year. I guess it's time now.

The weather is nothing short of weird. We had 90 degrees two months ago and again last month. Nothing higher than 80’s so far this month. We’ll actually go back in the 70’s after today.

    Morning, mixers.

Dry and cool here, no sun. Time to buck up the latest wind fall, came down over the weekend. Couldn't have dropped it in a better spot, even missed most of the garden beds around it :)

I’m known for having a screw loose, but where you find these funnies has me scratching my head.

I have a half dozen or so bookmarked, feeling that humor / satire is about the best way to start the day :)

    Good morning :)

70° and very muggy currently, headed towards our first hot day, weather guessers think 84° for a high. AC is on.

We had a powerful storm last night. Torrential rain. Lots of lightning and thunder, we enjoyed that. Power stayed up. ;)

Dvarw, just finished coiling (0.5Ω clapton) & wicking... filled with my cake mix... very nice. :D

I love thunder and lightning also if it doesn’t get close.

I'm now dogsitting for my mom. She's going to be gone for over two weeks. The first thing I did was drag a heavy ladder into the house and replace the batteries on two smoke detectors that have been beeping for months. Silence is golden.
The beeping would have drove me nuts.

My wife is very sensitive to noises like that. She would have killed me if I let something like that go on for a period of time. As a matter of fact, our dishwasher has gotten really loud and she started running it at night until we can get someone out to look at it. I think we paid about 700 for it so I told her if it's going to be more than 300 then we will just get a new one.
