I also have ab 03 Ranger Edge, bright blue. We call it Hauly Blueberry. It is my work truck/backup vehicle. A few years back I blew the engine on it so it's got a relatively new engine, and nobody will give me what it's worth to me. The truck is otherwise beat up, the cruise control doesn't work. AC works great though and I had put a new stereo in it.

My '03 is white. Bought it from a girl I used to work with. She named it Snow White. I told her I was renaming it Whitey Tighty.

We had a red '94 Escort Wagon in the family for years. Niece bought it used, then my brother bought it from her, then I bought it, then oldest daughter drove it, then youngest daughter, finally back to me. It was never parked in a garage, and was such a dull, faded red, that it was named the Tomato.

    Morning, mixers,

Dang, we're supposed to have a sunny day. Or maybe just part of one. But now that it's mid-summer's day, they do think it might get a bit warmer. Even mumbling about maybe hitting 80 late in the week!

I call my car "Car", and my truck "Truck". Unless they're acting up, and then they have special names that aren't safe for work ;)

And we have a 3 legged cat, named Easel

If female, should have called her Ilene :)

I still chuff along at 18 mg, about 4 - 5 mls a day. I've found that, for me, if I go much lower my consumption does go way up, double or triple.... so, happy to keep it at 18. Strictly rta.

I really liked those older model rangers up until about 2018 that is. You never had to worry about locking your keys in the truck. Last job had a ranger extended cab I kept a thin metal rod in the truck bed. I got to the point I could pop the lock just as fast as unlocking it with a key.

You have all the naming talent. I find it next to impossible to find creative names for my recipes.

With as many recipes as you come up with, I can imagine that the creativity well could start to dry up, for names.

Some of the creative cat name credit has to go to my vet tech daughter and her coworkers at a cat clinic she worked at. Whenever someone would bring in a stray or feral that needed medical help, the techs would come up with something.

If female, should have called her Ilene

She is a female. Ilene would have been a good one too! I seem to remember a very old joke about Ilene being a waitress that worked at I-Hop, but don't remember how it goes.

Up until recently, my daughter and I would name our vehicles. The green Toyota 4Runner was Magic, because we had taken a cruise on the Disney Magic. We had a silver convertible PT Cruiser we called Windy. And of course, the blue Ranger called Hauly Blueberry.

I call my S10 The Truck.

Right now I'm trying to figure out the best product for cleaning the interior vinyl which is pretty grubby in places. Dawn didn't cut it. Plodding through videos and Amazon reviews. Too many choices and too many opinions.

Make A Wish are coming today to pick up my old Prizm. Good cause but a bit of a pain to deal with. They had the wife on the phone for 20 minutes asking her questions about the car. She told them all the problems she knew about multiple times. They wanted to show up and drive it away, she had to tell them over and over that it had a blown tire. They finally agreed to send a flat bed and gave her a 6 hour window, then told her they would call first and if she didn't pick up they would cancel the deal. Jeez, it was my daily driver until a couple of weeks ago and we are giving it to them.

Today I'm located in the kitchen replacing wicks and watching Next Generation. Just taking a quick computer break.

Hello all, I call my truck "Truck". Not very imaginative. We took the new recliner we bought a few months ago back to Bass Pro and got our money back. The thing broke down in under a month, so it's nice to have the $$$ back on that.

Then there's the Saatva bed I bought. They've replaced it twice and it still got an impression in it in 3 months so we ask and got a refund - but they have to pick up the bed before we get the money. So I will be without a bed until I can get a new one, and it won't be a Saatva.

Have you tried Simple Green? Another would be to use vinegar and let it sit for a few minutes. Vinegar is pretty corrosive so dont let it sit more then say 15minutes.

My wife started buying the Dawn power spray a while back. That stuff is like magic in the kitchen with grease and stuck on food. I spray it, let it sit a few minutes and wash it. Pretty much everything comes off easy with it. At work I use this cleaner/degreaser called Purple Power that I get at a local auto parts store. It's a concentrate so you can mix it with water of use it straight for tough jobs.

This makes me sad. You were so happy with that bed when you first got it. I wish the romance could have lasted forever.
