Thanks for the info. I didn't realize you have to keep buying stuff for them.

Yes, the mask has to be replaced every few months and there is a filter in the machine that needs replacing once in a while and the hose needs to be replaced once in a while too. insurance should cover these expenses.

Probably not my crap insurance. They don't cover much of anything until you hit the deductible.

My CPAP machine has a heated hose that has to cost a lot but it's covered every 90 days a long with the mask. I was also going to buy a SoClean device to keep the machine clean but was told this machine maker will not fix any warranty issues if I use it. Supposedly they know of you use an ultrasonic cleaner as it turns the internals green.

There are cleaning devices that do not connect directly to the machine. You zip your hose and mask in a bag and then the device uses the ozone to clean them. Not as convenient as the SoClean, but it's cheaper and you wouldn't have the warranty issue.

I should contact my CPAP company to see if that is true about the SoClean and the warranty on my machine, because I was thinking of getting one.

I've been trying to follow along on this one. What exactly happened with the tractor that caused all these issues?
I performed oil service and filter service on it, so far so good.
After a few days of wood splitting, the wood splitter broke together.
I had to find the old one, repair it, the only problem was that it had been outdoors for 10 years and lacked a protection plug for the cylinder intake.
My plan was to use my old worthless tractor to flush through the wood splitter, my neighbor who had borrowed it had not charged it as he had promised to do etc, he suggested that we should use my expensive tractor to flush, by letting return oil go to the ground, what we did.
But we obviously did not get everything out since it gives a tight filter notice after 5 hours of use.

Now I only need the new filters that arrive in the mail hopefully today, a good working day tomorrow, and with a return filter solution I will probably be able to clean the little that is left.

A winter is coming, my house is right by the road, my smart neighbor is 200 meters away, I do not know who will plow the snow, but it will not be my tractor.

Hoping everything gets back to excellent working order really soon.

Thanks for explaining. It makes more sense now. Not that I know much about tractors but think I understand.

Tor, I would be VERY unhappy with that neighbor. He owes you money.
He's my cousin, so that does not make it any easier.
He is also very skilled, when he has the time or will, especially in electrical & hydraulics. And is very sloppy when there are other things in life that are more important to him, like now.
Nothing to get out of him, he has been personally bankrupt before, and I do not think it goes very good now either.

I do the work myself tomorrow, I took the time to read the manual, for the first time in 10 years lol
The return filter is prepared for safety cleaning.

I was up until the wee hours last night finishing a Xbox game, now I will probably go back to No Man's Sky.

I'm done with NMS for now. Haven't fired it up for a couple of months. I was missing games though so over the weekend I dug out Oblivion. Been many years so it took a while to find all the startup files. Oldie but goodie. I tried Fallout but the post nuclear landscape was too depressing. Oblivion is such a pleasant place to wander around. Last time I played I modded up a ring that restored my health so fast nothing could kill me. Now I can't remember all the complicated stuff you have to do to build mods, I have to figure it out so I can reduce the power of that ring, being immortal takes away some of the fun.

I tried changing a 2.5mm TC coil to 3.0mm and liked it. Definitely gave more flavor. So over the last few weeks I changed all my coils to 3.0. Did the last one last night. A few days ago I finished the last of my old SS wire and started using the new wire I got from Kidney Puncher. They said they introduced a new tempering process that makes SS handle more like kanthal. Didn't notice much difference in the handling. It does give a slightly lower resistance for the same coil, like 0.72 instead of 0.8. I've used 2.5mm since I first started making coils. I should experiment more.

I hadn't been paying attention to the weather forecast other than it's hot and dry. However, it's currently 109 and predicted to be 111 tomorrow. Thursday is going to be a frigid 99 with a 15% chance of rain.
99 is no way frigid. UGH.
