I'm almost done with my marathon mixing session. I got the bottles filled and the tops on. I just need to label them. I piddled most of the day away so I didn't have time for recipes, just sft's and one shots. I've now used up most of the TFA flavors I bought in 4 oz bottles 5 years ago. I guess I got my money's worth out of the couple of hundred dollars I spent on them. I've been branching out with more flavors, so i don't buy such big bottles anymore, but I will replace them with smaller bottles. A BCF order is upcoming.
Probably im gonna re-build my Gata and i will try another Virginia flavor so i can see how it performs... !

We did not get a rescue dog yesterday, and now I don't think that place will sell us a dog again. My wife made the decision (over my objections) to give back the last dog we got from them and I think this infuriated them. They won't say they won't but we never get calls back. Will have to look elsewhere, but I'm trying to change this attitude that a new dog is something you can keep or not. I count 4 dogs we've spent a lot of money for that she gave away. One was a $1k dachshund puppy - she gave it to a couple in a Walmart parking lot. Amazing. To me once you pick a dog and get it it's part of the family and should be treated as such.

Got the GGD staying for the day. She wanted to make some fancy candy stuff. You use an ice tray. Put some skittles in each section and pour melted chocolate over them and freeze. I don't eat candy so I passed, did grab a few squares of chocolate though.
Well, I accomplished nothing again, I saw Wakonda Forever was available on Disney and watched it. I really need to cut back on my tv time.

I don't watch that much TV and never during the day. Last night I watched some of the X-files, on season 6. I'm ready for another break but will get to season 7 first.
I’m going to take the dog out for a walk to try to tire her out some before the big game. She tends to be a pain when both of us want to sit down to watch something.
I am surprised, the lady from the rescue place did get back to us about getting a small dog. My wife said yesterday that she apologized profusely for returning the last dog and promised it wouldn't happen again. Maybe this can work.
