Yeah, we have very different weather.March and April are the best months here weather wise, then we go into Hell for 3 months.

Trying to get ambition to mix. Need to put my clothes in the dryer in 10 minutes so not mixing right now.
We are also going to get a couple colder days later in the week but it will be back in the 50's for the weekend.
Things are going pretty smoothly again this morning. I think I forgot to mention it but the girl that supposedly quit on Friday talked to the boss Saturday and is back to work today. She tried telling the boss some lies and I set him straight as to what she said to me before leaving. Not to mention she cleaned out her desk before she left. If it had been me then I would have told her to not bother coming back.

All three mixes done just in time to take my clothes out of dryer. Got those all folded and put away. Now I’m gonna write down SMT’s new cake mix that he was nice enough to post for me . After that I will write what fruits I want to put in a new cheesecake mix. Then I can hopefully get those two mixed tomorrow.
@ShowMeTwice I’ll be mixing your new cake as is with one exception. The exception is the pineapple. I have FA Costa Rica Pineapple which I know would be fine to sub BUT pineapple isn’t my favorite flavor so I’ll be wanting the other fruits to be upfront.
I'd bet good money that everything will have melted by the time they get back to work. That shouldn't be the case, but this is the brave (ha) new world.
I hope you’re right but I don’t know. We’re expecting a sizable snowstorm coming in tomorrow night. With another storm possible the last day of February. All the ice in the driveway is almost gone but not for long.
I have one new mix with another coming up shortly. This is a guava/ raspberry mixed with croissant base. It’s a clear mix and rather tasty.
Tanking the other mix which is a Cookie ice cream. The mix isn’t clear and isn’t real dark either. Kind of a golden color..I’ll be trying it in a few minutes.
Good afternoon. Just checking in. Work is going well. Almost too good. I keep waiting for the ball to drop.
I haven’t put anything in my Hellvape tank yet but I did take it apart and cleaned it. Not sure if I want to fire up another pv right now.
