Morning, mixers.

Only a light dusting of snow overnight, here anyway. Other places may have gotten a lot more.

Plans... time for the dreaded town run...

I'm back to work and the boss is being a PITA first thing this morning.

I haven’t been sleeping great so last night I took two benedryl and they worked quite well. I had to get up once during the night but I got right back to sleep til just before 8.

So far I’ve had one coffee, showered and now have another coffee.

Will be mixing teas soon. Bout time.

Last coffee in hand and my 4 tea bottles are labeled.

4 teas mixed and put away. Now I’m out of nic mix til I dig out another bottle. Taking a vape break and then I need to get more nic mix and clean my 2 bottles.

Chocolate croissant mixed. ( Chocolate Mousse). Now I need to access my bookmarks to see what else I want to put with croissant base.

What should I use to moisten up a dry, nonfruity mix? A cream or something?

Pear Croissant mixed. May do another with chocolate and a nut. Also might mix the chocolate float recipe.

I would think so. A cream should work fine.

Is it a bakery mix?

WF Vanilla Cream Extra 1.25% - 1.5% is good for adding moistness.

If it is a bakery mix, 0.5% CAP Cake Batter will add moistness. If you don't have that, then 0.5% FW Cake Batter Dip, it does the same thing.

I wish. I had a difficult repair this morning that took about three hours so he has left me alone for now. He keeps coming to me to help with small repairs on the delivery trucks. I'm not a truck mechanic but it's been pretty simple electrical issues with the lift gates and block heater on another. I really feel like it's not any part of my job to work on them but really can't say no.

I don't wanna. It's my own, and, while I like it, I don't think it's good enough to share.

Rice pudding, though I forget which of the many versions of it that I've mixed I used. It already has either VTA Pudding Base or FLV Vanilla Pudding in it.
