From what I understand, the back of the yards where the lawns meet on the houses on mine and the next street over used to be a stream many years ago but was developed. It doesn't help that two houses behind me have their sumps being pumped to the property line and it flows down to my yard and is supposed to flow on down to the other yards after mine but mine tends to hold water because of the high clay content. I did take a shovel and made a trench from where the water builds up to where my yard ends and the next door neighbor's yard begins and it has helped. I've thought about putting in some sort of a drain but am not really sure how to do it. Also, all of our utility lines are buried so I'd have to call and have them marked before doing any deep digging.
With your skills should not be hard. I watched them install ours and it wasn't very complicated looking. Lots of vids and tutorials on how to do it such as:

I have a weakness for chocolate, have tried quite a few chocolate mixes, most weren't too good, this one turned out to be very good.
    Creamy chocolate:
    Milk chocolate-jf-4%
    Fresh cream-fa-1%
    Irish cream-fa-2.5%
    Vanilla ice cream-wf-1%
    Cocoa-jf-.2%

Wow I'm tired! Of course the first machine of the day had to be a two hour ordeal! I really could have used an easy one to start the day.
No kidding.Hopefully, the rest of your day goes better

I hadn't seen that home depot video before. They mentioned another product which is a wrapped pipe where you don't have to use gravel which would be nice. I may just end up hiring someone to do it at some point. One project at a time.

Yes, I agree with one project at a time. You have 2 going on now.

Nothing concrete at the moment. I have a lot of juice that needs to be vaped down first. Most of my 15ml bottles are currently in-use.
I hear ya. Most of mine are in use also. I really have a ton mixed. Right now I have two bases to add something to and also two recipes written.

Good day all, 59 here and windy. I never got my new holster for the new Sig yesterday but it's out for delivery today. Can't wait to try it! I got the magazine holster and adjusted it and it works great now.
