That sounds like a real mess. Good luck! I hope you get the item and the refund.I ordered a mod from Element vape, first order since they introduced signature requirement. It was accepted by USPS yesterday, then accepted by the USPS origin facility this morning, scheduled to arrive tomorrow. This afternoon I got an email saying the order was cancelled due to being out of stock and they were refunding my money. Maybe it will arrive and I'll get the money back as well. Or maybe they will snatch it back from USPS and send it someone else. Or maybe it was never sent and I got someone else's tracking number.
Don't blame you for being mad. What a jerk.I had a real jerk come in earlier to pick up his machine. It is 40 years old and the part it needed has been discontinued. He got sassy with me and thought I charged him too much time for troubleshooting. I only charged him for 1.25 hours. I don't know what he expected. I know I shouldn't let people like that upset me but I was really mad when he left. Of course he waited to say anything until after he asked me to print him a copy of the schematic and write the part number down for the motor. If he had said it before then I wouldn't have given him the schematic. The part number is not going to do him any good. That part has been discontinued for 15-20 years. Thanks for listening to my rant for the day.

I just don’t understand why people think if something can’t be fixed and is out of my control then they shouldn’t have to pay any labor.
