I got my lemon round candy from my amazon order already. Now I just need to mix. I was surprised to see it come in a glass bottle with dropper.
It's good. You just need to use a lot less of it. I kinda mixed the 2 recipes blind but both turned out pretty tasty.
This one looks workable. May try and work with it on Monday. Although granola and pb sounds like a great match!

I don't know if that is the way @NotSoMini makes it, but that is exactly the recipe I use. It is Darren Cole's Dumbledore with additional lemon- the VTA Sour Lemon adds the tart that is needed if subbing out WF Sourball Candy. I liked the Sour Lemon in it even with the Sourball Candy. VTA Sour Lemon, IMO, joins the queen of lemons level along with FE Lemon.
I have both the VTA Sour Lemon & the WF Sourball Candy, just missing ooo Lemon Round Candy.
Yes it is. The original Dumbledore recipe used 0.5% TFA Marshmallow and I upped it to 1% FA. It also had 0.5% CAP Super Sweet. Since I do not use sweeteners, that is why I upped the marshmallow. At @PJReid suggestion I added the VT Lemon Sour. I never tried it with WF Sourball Candy. You can adjust to your taste.

With the Sourball Candy, I upped the Fizzy Sherbet to 5% for more lemon but that isn't needed with the Lemon Round Candy. I love Sherbet Lemons, both the juice and the candy. I have quite a backstock of the candy here because I have hooked the grandchildren on it.
