@ShowMeTwice I know you like veggies and even though we eat meat we like our veggies. You might want to check out dd’s method of cooking squash. She takes summer squash and zucchini and slices a bunch of it thin. When she gets ready to cook some the slices go single layer on a baking sheet. They don’t take long to cook and I really like them.Obviously she does too.

I had some zucchini last night prepared that way. Mine probably isn't as healthy as I put salt and butter on mine.

That man is just amazing. BTW I don't consider myself old but I'm sure others do and I don't care.

I don't consider you old either. And good for you for not caring.

IMHO, there is beauty to be found in the natural aging process of all people.

Thanks!!! :) We do the same thing.

She makes an awesome marinara spaghetti squash with zucchini and other veggies with pasta and baked Italian herb tofu. That's one of my favorite vegetarian meals.

Cause gravity drags the hair down from your head to other parts.

    Newtons law of gravity!!!

I bet the hair that used to be on his head followed the laws of gravity.

He needs a nose weed whacker.

Next important science question . . . why as we age do we lose hair in other, ahem, more sensitive places ???

It’s not so beautiful when you have corn rows coming out your nose and ears.

I’ve noticed the hair thing too and bought a weed wacker. My regular hair grows quickly also and I have to get a haircut every 3-4 weeks.

LOL, since my 50s I've gone through 3 nose/ear weed whackers. Those thick white hairs are on tough on weed whackers.

I haven't had a haircut since, I don't even know when, it's down to the middle of my back. She trims the ends every now and then.

We like Earth Balance vegan butter sticks.

There are many excellent alternatives to dairy butters.

I do believe dairy butters are okay and healthy in moderation (like everything else). WebMD says butter does have health benefits.

My,um. sensitive places haven't lost any hair cover,

LOL, mine is gone. So is the hair I used to have on my tummy, chest and legs. I asked my doc about that and the nose/ear hair thing. She laughed and said "that all comes with getting old SMT". Did a testosterone levels test last year. The results came back normal. So, IDK... maybe it is "old age"

Keep in mind hair, having it and losing it, are mostly genetics. That is why I have never really had to shave underarms and legs. It is a Cherokee trait, I am told. Must be true cause I don't remember ever seeing a NA man with chest hair either.

I have lost most of my leg hair, Never had any on my tummy or chest.

Keep in mind that old age doesn't mean you're old.
