I do like the dark chocolate one too but it’s just a bit behind the pudding. BTW what % did you do the dark chocolate?LOL, I've only done the pudding and dark chocolate ice cream so far. Really like both. 2 for 2.

We are currently at 107 which is a degree higher than predicted. Tomorrow's forecast has been upped to 107 as well. Nary a mention of rain in the immediate future.
I thought you did dark chocolate ice cream at 1.6% ???
Oh well, I think you will like it better at 2% or even 2.5%.
I thought I did too but I was looking at the % under it. I will add 1% and bring it up to 2.25%. Then it should tie with the pudding

I don't have WF Toffee Ice Cream but do have VTA Toffee Ice Cream.
This morning I mixed 5mls VTA TIC 2.5% + WF Cookie Dough 1.5%.
Off the mix it is nice and tasty. Very smooth. I'm getting a fairly balanced toffee, cookie and ice cream. The toffee is light and sits back in the mix, but that's the same as in real life with toffee ice cream. I could add a little FLV Toffee or SSA Toffee to boost the toffee note but won't this time.
For a super simple 2 flavor mix I'm diggin' it. I think sometimes it's tough to beat simple mixes.
Not being able to check in during the day had me several pages behind. I might mix a couple more sft tonight. I figured I’d just do a couple at a time.
I had my scale out and was almost ready to add to the dark chocolate when I saw SIL and young one at my door with my bathroom cabinet and some trim for the tile. Then Dd came in. They took everything out of boxes and got rid of boxes. I did get warned they will be working in my room tomorrow. Dd needs to do the rest of the hold downs on the kitchen sink. Maybe do the tile trim. IDK. The young one here is only 12 but he’s tall, big and pretty strong.
