I think some of you really enjoy mixing and creating new recipes, good for you and the rest of us. I have to say I don't. I suppose if I had lots of free time, I might but I always overdo things and have too much going on. Least it is never boring.

I also don't use a lot of eliquid so if I mixed as much as some of you do, I would be drowning in it. I could never use 10ml up as fast as most of you do. Not sure why that is, low watts maybe.

I usually vape at low watts also.

I think I’m kind of in the middle. I don’t love or hate mixing. It’s just a necessary part of things. I often times don’t mix for weeks at a time besides refilling a regular that I use. I do have fun occasionally trying new mixes but can’t just sit down and throw together 3-4 good mixes like Fran does. Mine have maybe a 50% chance of success.

I think I would enjoy it more if my tastes weren't so weird. I just don't like most of my mixes or others for that matter. I only ever had one commercial juice that I loved and of course they discontinued it years ago. I still have a few bottles left and keep trying to replicate it without much success.

I offered to buy the recipe after it was discontinued and again when they closed the business but they wouldn't budge. Even if they started up the biz again, I doubt they would bring that juice back so I don't get it. It wasn't even popular (obviously) and probably wouldn't be liked by many but for some reason it works for me as adv, every day without burnout.

Random question. If batteries blink when you put them on the charger, does that just mean they are dead, can't be recharged? I have had very few batts ever die, even after years of use and they usually just 'die', won't work or charge. I don't remember the fast blinking thing.

    Low watts do help.

I put a note in a file every time I mix a batch of base. With a bit of arithmetic I can figure out my daily consumption. Have to average it out over a year to get a good number. I've been at 4 or 5 mls a day for a long time. Seems like that's about average from posts I've read here. Pretty puny compared with our cloud chasing bros though.

Thanks. I don't use even 5ml a day. I haven't figured it out since I rotate testers but I need to just use one all day and get a good estimate. I am betting I use around 2ml per day,

That probably depends on the charger, don't think I ever saw a fast blink. Maybe it means a battery has got below the charging limit for that charger.

I recycle batteries after 2 years. I got a battery tester and after 2 years the capacity was generally down by around half. Used to test batteries regularly but on my tester it's a long tedious process.

You give me too much credit, not all mine are good. I'd maybe be closer to 75%-80% good.

    I've never had mine blink.

I'm about 4 - 5 ml a day, and have a dozen going all the time. About half are "regulars", and those do get mixed in "bulk." The rest are new (to me) mixes. that may or may not ever get a remix. :)

I understand. I used to use Puresmoker silver leaf menthol exclusively. Then they went out of business and I started mixing in an attempt to clone it. I never got it the same but got something I liked and still use it as my first vape of the morning. What is the commercial liquid that you like?

Straight Outta Donuts by Vapewild. Best choc donut I have found. Bronuts is ok but not even close to SOD.

I would pay someone to clone it and get close.
