The Manna-Tea recipe in the big file that I sent you isn't too bad though the bananas could probably use a bit of a boost.

Also, thanks @ShowMeTwice , I used your FLV mango pairing in that one!

(Also should be Mana-Tea no second 'n')

You're welcome!!!

What is your Mana-Tea recipe?

Speaking of manatees, the other night I watched a NatGeo show about how they rescue and care for them down in Tampa, Florida. They get hit and injured by idiotic boaters. Motor propellers do a lot of damage to a manatee. Anyhow, they bring them in to the Tampa Zoo, rehab them and then return them to the wild. Some are too badly injured to be returned to the wild.

You’re very welcome. I’m going to be sad when the pics end.

Are you still in the city?

Maybe they have more photos for you to see that they haven't shared via Facebook?

Yes, I'm still in the city. Still have some things to take care of here.

I take Carli dog for walks before the sun rises. Like 4am(ish). The sidewalks are cool in the early mornings. No way I would take her, or myself, out for a walk during the daytime or in the evening with temps like this. Hot concrete/pavement is no good for a dogs paws. Their pads are very sensitive.

Try to stay cool when you have to be out and about.

I do. The AC in the vehicle gets cranked. And I always take a small cooler with ice and extra water bottles. I stay very well hydrated.

Not far from my home they are completely replacing a bridge. I noticed there were no workers there yesterday and today. So, whoever their bosses are, are good (and smart) folks. I feel bad for the city workers, fire and law enforcement folks and others who have to work in these kinds of temps. I mean, this is brutal heat.

The banana isn't a distinct note (to me) as it is now, but it could be that it's better that way. It had a fairly long steep before I got around to trying it so might have faded some.

It's still pleasant, not really strongly flavored.

When I do a remix I might go with one 'nana at a little higher percent than the combination is now.

It is. I don’t think I’d leave the ac at all.

When I walk outside it is like a symphony of ac's. All the neighbors' ac are running full throttle. Sure hope the power never goes out, we would be in trouble.

The horses seem to be handling the heat ok except for the thoroughbred, he is not happy.

I was looking for something in the stash. Noticed one unlabeled small tub and took a look. Among other stuff there was a plastic bag containing 23 little screwdrivers. They used to put them in the box with some tanks for deck screws, maybe KFLs. For some reason I decided to save them all. vaping makes you obsessive, I guess. These are finally going in the trash. They aren't very good screwdrivers, useful I guess if you didn't have anything better lying around.

Probably need to go through the rest of the stash and clean out junk like this.

Anyone else having trouble with ECF? I logged in a while ago and it was a mess. It kept asking me to register or log in, and it treated me like a non-member visitor. Couldn't reply or post. There was other odd stuff going on.

Tried to register, whatever that means, and it said I couldn't use my screen name because it was already registered in the system. Tried to log in and it said already logged in. But then it all worked properly. If I close ECF and reopen it the same stuff happens. Have to try and fail to log in each time to clear it.

No problems here. I never log out of ECF on my devices.

    Somewhere between here and there
    Good evening EveryOne

It's been in the 100's yesterday and today. Humidity and dew point is off the friggin' charts. We are not used to heat like this. My central AC is keeping the house nice and cool. Fall and winter temps can't come soon enough...... for me anyways.

@FranC nice photos, thanks for sharing. :)
We’ve been having that same weather since last weekend. It’s getting really old.

You’re not the only one. I have a gallon bag full of charging cables in the basement.

Tomorrow night the wife had Bunco so I’ll get the Tauren mech set up and start testing it. I did a quick sft of the multivitamin that was mentioned yesterday. I like the profile but off the shake it is a little harsh to me. I’ll let it sit and try again tomorrow.

    A little steep would help.

I'm sure it is getting old for every one experiencing it. I feel for everyone all over the country, their animals and also the wild critters dealing with the heat. I've been putting red leaf and green leaf lettuce out in my back yard after sunset for the local critters. It's all gone by morning.
